Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Anna Rawson is modeling her new golf gear on the course. In a new social media post the athlete and influencer flaunts her amazing body in some new gear while sharing some details about her swing. "Bunker Tip," she wrote in the Instagram caption. "Think slow and consistent tempo all the way to follow through (don't decel) and soft hands." How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Healthy Diet

Since becoming a mother Anna has modified her diet. "Motherhood is amazing and cooking/feeding my daughter has made me much more conscious about what I am putting in my body!" she told Women Fitness. "I now tend to eat many more vegetables and good fats. I am less concerned with protein. When I was pregnant I had gestational diabetes so I couldn't have any sugar. It was the most amazing thing because I couldn't care less about sugar now and I learned a lot about keeping my blood sugar balanced. I really think that's the key to feeling great. I follow the 80/20 rule as I don't think depriving yourself is good either!"

Exercise Daily

"Every day I do some form of exercise even if it's walking to the coffee shop 1 mile away," Anna told Women Fitness. "Fitness for me is spending time taking care of my body so that I have energy and I remain pain-free to do all the sports and activities in my day. Fitness makes me feel good both physically and mentally. The aesthetics of fitness is just a bonus!"

Pilates

"I am also a huge fan of pilates," she told Women Fitness. "I take private pilates classes with Kourtney McCollugh and she has totally transformed my body. Pilates lengthens and strengthens all the little muscles in my body which has totally helped my golf swing." She does the workout, which boasts many health benefits per Mayo Clinic, three times a week. It "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health," they say. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Yoga

Anna does yoga twice a week. "I do yoga to stay flexible!!" she told the publication. "I love to move! It makes me feel good." There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Massage

Anna stresses the importance of recovery. "Foam rolling or any type of massage really helps!" she says. According to the Mayo Clinic, studies support the many benefits of getting a regular rub down. These include stress reduction, lessening pain and muscle tightness, increased relaxation, and improved immunity.
