Caro Calvagni is hiking in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the wife of World Cup Soccer Champ Nicolás Tagliafico shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while going for a hike at the beach. “Beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “What a woman,” added another. How does the stunning WAG maintain her amazing body? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.


1. She Does Hardcore Ab Workouts

If you want flat abs like Caro, you are going to have to work for them. She recently shared an ab workout. Each set consists of 25 deadbugs, leg raises, sit ups, side planks and regular planks. She does the set three times.

2. She Does a Lot of Glute Workouts

In another post, Caro revealed that “Glute Activation,” is key, demonstrating the moves she does to build her behind. “First I do some mobility and these are the band moves I do before my workouts 🍑 15 to 20 moves of each,” she captioned the workout.

3. She Works Her Back

She also does a back day at the gym. “I leave you with my back routine! Not only are leg and glute days my favs,” she captioned the post. She does 12 lateral pull downs, pull ups, straight arm pull downs, single arm pull downs, and barbell rows. She does each set three or four times.

4. She Has a Workout Buddy

Caro has a workout buddy – her soccer star husband. During the pandemic, Nico and Caro shared videos on social media of themselves having a blast while exercising together at home. “New challenge 👆🏻✨ Level: advanced hahaha with dance included ♥️ Very loud music, joy and to continue banging it inside the house,” Caro captioned it.

5. She Hikes

Finally, Caro enjoys hiking – an activity she can do in her swimsuit. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
