She’s quite talented when it comes to her career, but that’s not the only thing that she puts a lot of hard work and dedication into. She works hard to maintain her mental and physical strength, creating healthy habits and inspiring others to do so.


1. She enjoys swimming

On an Instagram post from Costa Brava, she’s seen enjoying the water, taking a dip! According to Better Health, “Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness, helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs, tones muscles and builds strength, and provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.”

2. She finds her happy places

She finds places that keep her mentally at peace. “I always knew my happy place was somewhere to let myself slip under the sun - probably in the Atlantic coast that saw me grow up. Until I ended up in this tiny hidden gem where I can be bared feet all day long while waiting for a missing tide.(which are more exotic than my own name). A place to get lost and never be found. I think I found it. Where’s your magical place<” she asks, as seen on Instagram.

3. She aims to remain calm

On an Instagram post captioned, “Im in the era …. ❤️,” the picture says “the true measure of success is a calm nervous system.” It’s so important to maintain your mental health, just as much as your physical.

4. She has the occasional sweet

She splurges on special occasions, like her birthday! “Salty hair and one more lap around the 🌞 gracias for the 🎂 wishes. And thank you to @pastry_gas for creating my very own “zamburiña” cake 🖤,” she said on an Instagram post of her holding her birthday cake.

5. She eats sushi

She gets cravings for healthy foods like sushi. “Pre birthday celebrations at my fav sushi 🍣 bar in Madrid. Also If you know me, you know how much I cherish quality over quantity - otherwise I would have already displayed all my private life all over here and instead I’m very jealous of what I share and what keep for myself, like this sushi bar, and trust me.. each single bite at Hannah is more fulfilling than any 16 piece sushi box could ever offer you,” she said on Instagram.
