She Uses Resistance Bands

Rodriguez maximizes the burn with the help of resistance bands, which are especially helpful for her leg and lower body workouts. In this reel she demonstrates different leg workouts at home with a resistance band placed above her knees.

She Does Yoga

Georgina is a fan of Bikram yoga. She showed off some of her impressive moves in an Instagram post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

She Cheats

When Cristiano is out of town, she their kids will indulge in not-so-healthy food. "If he's with the team or traveling to an away match, me and the kids spoil ourselves. We ask for pizzas for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn," she dished to InStyle.
