Influencer Holly Hagan in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "50 Lb Fat Loss Journey"

Holly Hagan lost 50 pounds, and is showing off her transformation! In a new social media post the influencer shows off her strong and slender body in a two-piece exercise set during a sweat session at the gym, revealing all of her diet and workout secrets. “If I was starting my 50lb fat loss journey from scratch these are the 5 things I’d be focusing on,” she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything that she did to lose weight.

She's Got Into A Calorie Deficit

“So many people overestimate their activity level meaning they are consuming more calories than they require for fat loss. When they don’t lose on the scales after a few weeks they are then upset and think a calorie deficit doesn’t work for them.. a calorie deficit will always work, you just need to find the right number for you,” she says.

She Weighed Her Food

Scale,,Food,And,Man,With,Vegetables,In,Kitchen,To,MeasureShutterstock

Next, you need to know exactly what you are eating. “If you aren’t weighing your food there is no way to know whether you are eating within your calorie and protein targets. 50g and 100g of pasta can look very similar. Taking that extra 5 minutes to weigh your food means you are far more likely to be hitting your numbers,” she says.

She Got Her Steps In

She also made sure to walk. “Prioritising steps over savage workouts is key. It’s low impact, low intensity and free. It’s also great for mental health to get out in the fresh air,” she reveals.

She Fulfilled Her Cravings

Also, she didn’t deprive herself. “Eating everything you love and crave is a huge key to success. The more we cut out the more we crave. If you allow the foods you love daily without guilt you are far more likely to succeed long term,” she said.

She Was Consistent

Finally, she stuck to her plan. “We do not defy science. A calorie deficit will always work for you. If you are not losing weight on the scales this can be for so many reasons!! The scales are weighing the total mass of your body and not just fat. Consistency is key!” she concludes the post.

But I have learnt every time I take on a new challenge I get far more back in return. I pretty much smiled my way around the 26.2 miles yesterday. NYC crowds are just sooooo incredible. I wanna say a huge thankyou to the number of strangers who cheered me on as well as my incredible friends who gave me so much energy! Feeling very proud and very grateful to @newbalance x @bambambaklava and especially @austinbensmith who assured me I could do it when I almost pulled out. 🩵”

Jenna Fail is an extremely successful fitness influencer on Instagram. Last month, she shared her typical diet on her page. Fail eats things like chicken, grilled cheese and tomato soup, and collagen lattes. She captioned the post, “Some things change day to day depending on what I’m doing, but this is pretty average for not tracking and just going about my day.”

She Gets Enough Protein

Fail makes sure to get enough protein in her diet. She talked about her favorite foods in the caption of her Instagram post. “I tend to have eggs, chicken & sirloin each day and play up what I have with them to keep it interesting. I usually have 1-2 shakes per day (I use @1stphorm Phormula-1) and that helps me to more easily hit my protein goal.”

She Cooks

Fail likes to cook, and shares a lot of her favorite meals on Instagram. She shared this recipe for meatballs, captioning it, “All the great flavors of Thanksgiving all in one place! These Thanksgiving meatballs will be on your families meal rotation after you try them 😍 And even better, they whip up in no time! Preheat your oven to 375°. In a bowl mix: 1lb of ground turkey, 1/2 yellow onion (diced), 1 egg, 1/4-1/3 cup dried cranberries (I soaked mine in water overnight so they weren’t so chewy), Salt & paper, 1 box of herb stuffing, Green onion, Everything to your liking and preference. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done and that’s it! You can enjoy them just as they are but over rice or mashed potatoes with a little gravy and green onion would be amazing!! These are a great little holiday snack to keep stocked in the fridge 🤍 I have a feeling kids would love them too! Enjoy!”

She Focuses On Things She Can Control

Fail is all about focusing on things she can control. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “In a world that is unpredictable, chaotic, literally evil, and out of our single handed control - it’s best to put your focus on what you can control. Be aware of everything - but focus most on you & yours. Things you can control: Your mindset. Your daily movement. Choosing more nutrient dense foods. Daily prayer. Gratitude Being good to those around you and always offering help where you can. It’s easy to focus too deeply on the world problems that are too big for us to fix alone, but if we all fixed ourselves and followed the list above, there would be a whole lot more strong, kind, caring and gracious humans walking around which inherently would solve the bigger issues. World improvement starts with personal excellence.”

She's Consistent

Fail opened up about her fitness journey in the caption of this Instagram post. She says that she makes sure to stay consistent. “Continuing to show up is where you’ll always win. I’m so glad I fought through many uncomfortable years to finally get to where I am now. I live a super balanced life, I’m healthier than ever, my hormone health is perfect, my mentality on how I eat and train is practical and I feel amazing! The biggest thing I learned over the years is just how far baseline information and effort can take you. Nothing extreme is needed. I prioritize protein, supplement quality micronutrients, exercise to some capacity ~4x a week, drink plenty of water, optimized my hormones and get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.”

She Hikes

Fail likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself and her partner hiking in the Grand Canyon. According to Piedmont, hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile.”

Heather Rae El Moussa is opening up about her post-pregnancy workout. In a new social media post the Selling Sunset star shows off her amazing body-after-baby and reveals the program she followed to get back into shape the healthy way. “Let’s talk about my postpartum body….” she started the Instagram caption. Here is everything you need to know about how the reality star got her body back without going to extremes and training with Paulina Hefferan.

1. Her Postpartum Workout Journey “Wasn’t Easy”

Heather starts by explaining that her postpartum workout journey “definitely wasn’t ‘easy’ and didn’t go as expected,” she writes. “I thought I was going to bounce back within 9 weeks!! HUGE LOL but the reality of being a mom to a newborn, breastfeeding, 2 kids, balancing my hormones, my work, my marriage and my life set in.”

2. She Found a New Way to Workout at Home with Paulina Hefferan

She reveals that she “didn’t want to leave the house and leave Tristan to workout,” so she knew she needed to change the way she worked out and what fit for her “new” life. “It was hard guys, I felt weak, old & not super motivated. I had never been someone who lifted weights or did at-home workouts until I met @paulinastein. It was a complete change for me but I lost 25 pounds, leaned out & got my strength back while working out with Paulina.” She adds that the workouts are “accessible and affordable.”

3. She Lost 25 Pounds

“Believe it or not, you guys, I lost 25 pounds postpartum and I did it straight from my living room using two 10 pound dumbbells, a mat, sometimes some ankle weights, sometimes some bands,” she continues in the video.

4. Paulina Helped Her Feel “Really Comfortable”

“Transforming your body after a baby or any time in your life is not easy. It takes a lot of discipline. It takes a lot of structure. It takes someone pushing you Sometimes, especially if you're like me. After I had Tristan, I thought, okay, I'll be back at the gym. I'll be back in hot yoga. I'm going to get my body back in nine weeks. Reality set in, and that did not happen. I don't think I really started working out until I met Paulina. She made me just feel really comfortable. She made me feel like this is a slow journey. This is my journey. I don't need to compare myself to anyone else,” she says.

5. She Worked Out While Tristan Was Napping and Even with Him

She adds that she was able to get the exercises in, even with her baby, because Paulina is “also a mom,” and the fact that I can do it from my home, I can incorporate Tristan, I can do it while he's napping, made me say yes and made me feel like, you know what? I can do this. Working out with her changed my life. I am so proud of myself.”

6. Her Body Was “Back” After Four Months

“I started really noticing that, wow, my body is back around eight and a half months postpartum, and I had started working out with Paulina when I was about four and a half months postpartum. Now that she has this app on days, I can't work out with her when I'm traveling, I can use her app, could work alongside with her, so it really makes you want to do it because she's doing it with you,” she concludes.

7. Walking and Weight Lifting

Crop,Woman,In,Gray,Sports,Bra,Holding,Black,Dumbbell, weightsShutterstock

On Paulina’s Instagram page, she reveals that “lifting weights” and “walking 8,000 to 10,000 steps per day” along with a healthy diet is the perfect equation for weight loss.

In a new post, the fitness influencer reveals that she put on weight during a recent vacation, but she is okay about it. “LIVE YA DAMN LIFE GIRLIE ✨,” she wrote in the Instagram caption, showing off her strong body in a two-piece look. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what is her latest message? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. She Once Tried Fat Burning Pills and “Teatox”

Young,Woman,Holding,Packs,Of,Pills,And,Measuring,Tape,InShutterstock

Molly reveals that in 2019 she decided she wanted to lose weight and tried instant fix products, but they didn’t work. “I came to my fitness journey an unhealthy, depressed student, drinking too many VKs and relying only on mac and cheese ready meals and fruit pastilles for fuel. So what did I do? I bought a teatox and some fat burning pills (I wish this was a joke), and clearly that didn’t work. I just had the runs and a weird tummy,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

2. Then, She Discovered Lifting

"So I sat myself down at the start (well February because January was, if you’ll pardon the pun, a shit show) of 2019, and said enough was enough,” she continued in the post. "I bought a gym guide, some protein powder and set myself some goals. I was going to stick to it this time. For the first 2+ years of this journey all I cared about was being small. I just wanted to be lean and slim, I enjoyed lifting I loved feeling strong, but the overriding goal was so be small."

3. She Also Realized You Need to Eat More to Get in Shape

"It’s not just something you wake up with, but one day after realising both my boobs and a** had done a runner I knew I couldn’t live life under 2000 calories forever and something needed to change,” she continued in the post. "So with the help and encouragement of @gymwithwarr we both embarked on our first bulk and honestly it changed my life. I had never felt such enjoyment from food, without any guilt, my body worked so much better, my mental health was a million times more positive, my hair was thicker my skin was healthier and best of all MY LEGS WERE GROWING. I felt like a beast, I trained hard, I kept going and I accepted learning and growing through the tough times, self-doubt and some incredibly testing body image days."

4. Strength Training

Molly’s workouts are now focused around strength training and lifting weights. She does old school moves like chest presses, rows, single leg step ups, and Bulgarian split squats. “Speedy full body(ish) workout,” she captioned a post. “One of those days where you need to be in and out but you want to get the PUMP 🔥 Shoulders, back and lower all HIT 🫶🏼Reps and sets on screen, 60-120s rest between sets (as needed).”

5. It’s Okay to Take Breaks, She Says

Molly’s message in her latest post, is that it’s okay to take breaks from your routine. “This past weekend was the FIRST weekend I’ve had at home in over a month, Life has been a liiiil crazy to say the least but I wouldn’t change a moment of that 🫶🏼I had a whole 9 days of ALL food out on my holiday, 4 days on a hen do, 2 days for Taylor swift, and many other meals out in between and that’s ok it’s been AWESOME 🍕Stepping on the scales after a busy period can be a little scary, especially if you have a fat loss goal, but gaining weight does not reflect on YOU as a person in any way shape or form so don’t you forget that. Am I rushing to loose this weight? No im back at my maintenance calories and kindly letting my body do its thing,” she wrote.

Jeanette Jenkins is unveiling a total body workout in honor of the new year – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post, Pink’s personal trainer shows off her fantastic figure in an exercise set while demonstrating a variety of moves. “No Equipment! No Excuses! Total Body Workout! 🔥Share with your friends or save for later!” she writes. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Here Are The Details

How many reps should you do? “Get it in! 10-15reps per exercise,” Jenkins instructs. “10-15reps or 30-45secs of each move.” She recommends doing a total of two to three sets. In the Instagram clips she demonstrates each exercise, so follow along!

Here Are The Exercises

Jeanette Jenkins is pictured doing Push-Up + Ankle Taps.

1. Side Plank + Oblique Crunch

2. Side Lunge + Cross Body Kick

3. Warrior 3 Balance + Leg Reach 10x + Hold 30secs

4. Push-Up + Ankle Tap

5. Reverse Lunge + Rotation

6. Mountain Climbers

7. Squat Jump + Cross Touch (Low Impact remove jump)

8. Plie Squat on Toes

9. High Knees

10. Abs/Obliques Cross Body Toe Touch

Learn To Love Exercise

And, change your attitude! “Lastly, don’t look at exercise and diet as something to dread,” says Jenkins. “Healthy living and moving your body are a way of life and don’t happen overnight. Most importantly, don’t forget a positive attitude. It will set you up for long-term success.”

Hydration

Hydration is also key. “It would be best if you started well-hydrated before you even get moving. Signs like dark urine color will tell you that you need to up your fluid intake before hitting the gym. During a workout, we activate our sweat glands to help cool down the body, which depletes our internal water levels. Dehydration occurs when fluid losses exceed fluid consumed through both foods and drinks. It can impact everything from athletic performance and muscle recovery to mood, alertness, concentration and short-term memory,” she told Abbott.

Diet

If you want to get in shape, you will have to modify your diet as well. “Whether you’re looking to burn fat or strengthen your muscles, you must pay attention to your meal plan just as much as your workout plan,” Jenkins told Abbott. “In general, most people don’t understand how many calories they eat in a day or how many calories they should be eating. If you are trying to burn body fat or slim down, you need to have a calorie negative at the end of the day.” The first step is understanding “what you are eating and how many calories are in your chosen foods,” she claims. “There are 3,500 calories in one pound of fat. If you have a calorie negative of -500 a day, you can achieve a calorie negative of -3500 in a week (7 days) to help you burn off 1 pound of fat. It takes time to learn about the food you put in your body, but it’s necessary, and that knowledge you gain will remain with you for a lifetime. Also, take time to meal prep. Spending an hour at the beginning of your week planning meals will save time and calories.”

In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Romani is open about following a vegan diet. She shares a lot of posts on her Instagram story highlights of herself enjoying vegan foods. The American College of Lifestyle Medicine states that being vegan has a lot of health benefits. “Overall, nutrition from plant-based diets is typically of higher quality than omnivorous diets, as assessed by the Alternative Healthy Eating Index (AHEI).28 A whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet is one made up of predominantly unprocessed fruits, vegetables, whole grains legumes, nuts and seeds, and excludes animal foods, with certain selective supplementation of vitamins B12. Sometimes D. Intentionally planned, WFPB diets provide sufficient nutrient intakes for all stages of life and can be therapeutic for chronic disease and overall health and healing.29 The plant-based dietary pattern protects against overconsumption of nutrients that lead to obesity and disease,30 particularly animal protein, saturated fat,31 trans-fats, cholesterol simple sugars,32 and sodium.33, 34”

The Mayo Clinic says that regular exercise is extremely important. “Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help you keep off lost weight. Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
