Jacey Duprie is an influencer, an entrepreneur, and CEO and founder of Damsel in Dior. “Snaps from solo time. It's no secret that I love to travel. I like to rotate between family trips, adventures with friends and travels that are just for me. Even if it means getting an hour walk alone, finding time for yourself to get back in touch with your center is absolutely vital in my book. I make mine a daily practice and while I was at @chilenobayauberge I found ample space and time to do exactly that,” she said on Instagram. Here’s what Duprie does to stay dialed in when it comes to her health.
1. She practices self care

She makes an effort to slow down and live in the moment. “I have been focusing more this month on slowing down the clock. I came across an interesting article that suggested incorporating these five days into your schedule. What are some things you do to slow down and live a more mindful life,” she said in a video of her on Instagram talking about incorporating a day to unplug, a getting things together day, a play day, a solitary day, and a learning day into get weekly routine.
2. She appreciates life's beauty

She’s grateful for the little things in life that bring her joy. “Life has a way of surprising us with moments of unexpected joy, whether it’s a spontaneous family beach day or a dolphin suddenly appearing out of nowhere - gentle reminders that the most profound beauty often emerges when we least expect it,” she said on Instagram.
3. She stays hydrated

She makes an effort to have water on her to stay hydrated. “My top tip for easily avoiding melt downs? Always have hydration on hand! From kids camp drop off, rolling calls, meetings on the go and trips to the park, the new @stanley_brand Cross Bottle makes it easy. Now available at @dickssportinggoods #stanleypartner,” she said on Instagram.
4. She enjoys swimming

She loves spending time by the water and swimming. “The dog days of summer. Not pictured: a boat day with friends, countless trips to the beach, drives in the green wagon through Topanga Canyon, pool days with the fam. I've been enjoying a lot of time offline this summer,” she said on Instagram. According to Better Health, “swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good.”
5. She enjoys her me time

She values her time alone to recharge her batteries. “Snaps from solo time. It's no secret that I love to travel. I like to rotate between family trips, adventures with friends and travels that are just for me. Even if it means getting an hour walk alone, finding time for yourself to get back in touch with your center is absolutely vital in my book. I make mine a daily practice and while I was at @chilenobayauberge I found ample space and time to do exactly that,” she said on Instagram in a series of photos of her doing yoga and soaking in the sun.
