Gerber works with trainer, Kirsty Godso, to help her stay in shape. Having a personal trainer has a lot of benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Fitness can be confusing. 2. She Resistance Trains

Godso shared some of Gerber’s workout secrets in an interview with HollywoodLife. She says that she makes sure to do resistance training with the model. “One of the best ways to get toned is to incorporate resistance training,” Godso said. “If you don’t have access to weights or a gym, you can incorporate bands or just follow along using just bodyweight at home.”

3. She Runs On The Treadmill

Godso shared this Instagram video of Gerber working out, when she was 20. In it, she is seen on a treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that a treadmill has a lot of benefits. “Jogging or running on a treadmill helps to lose weight as well as burn fat quickly and effectively. Yet it’s easier on your knees and joints than outdoor running. This is the most popular advantage of working out on a treadmill workouts. Besides, these workouts burn calories at a faster rate than other aerobic exercises. To burn calories even faster, you just need to run longer and faster on the machine.”

4. She Does TRX

In Godso’s Instagram video, Gerber is seen using TRX cables. TRX has a lot of health benefits. Moorings Park states, “TRX training can be used to improve strength, core stability, balance, and flexibility. This fitness form allows for a full-body workout where resistance can be added or taken away by simply modifying the position of the feet or body…Any muscle in the body can benefit from TRX as this is a total body workout. Your arms, legs, core, and back are all used as your body is being held up by your strength. Furthermore, TRX is known to burn fat, build muscle, and improve flexibility.”

5. She Jumps Rope

The Cleveland Clinic states, “Jumping rope can be a good form of cardio, which increases your heart rate and can help decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease.
