Influencer Mads Lewis focuses on her mental wellbeing as much as her physical health. On a series of photos of her looking confident and fit, she said “🐆♥️ #justrememberyourebeautiful.” Here’s how Mads works to prioritize her health, strength, and fitness.

She Loves The Beach

She swims and spends time at the beach. On a series of photos and a video of her on this post captioned “𓇼🐚☾☼🦪 beach bum 𓇼🐚☾☼🦪 #justrememberyourebeautiful,” on Instagram, she’s having fun in the water, and lounging in the sand, soaking up that sunshine. According to Scripps, “being near water stimulates our senses, which can be psychologically healing.”

She Spends Time Alone

She spends time alone, relaxing and recharging her batteries. “Talking to no one #justrememberyourebeautiful,” she said on Instagram on a series of photos of her relaxing in the natural light, while laying in bed. According to the Jed Foundation, “being connected to people is important for your happiness and well-being, but it’s also helpful to balance social time with taking time for yourself. Learning to be alone can give you space to think about your feelings, ideas, hopes, problems, and experiences. It’s also a great opportunity to get to know yourself better and spend time resting and relaxing.”

She Works Out

She knows spending time at the gym, getting cardio and weight training in is beneficial. “Bryce wishes he was as big as us #justrememberyourebeautiful,” she said on Instagram, on a slideshow of photos of her showing off her gains in the mirror at the gym.

She Practices Self-Care

She puts on a face mask and relaxes in the tub to unwind and decompress. “Swipe to the end for a surprise ✨🧼🧴#justrememberyourebeautiful,” she said on Instagram. According to Marquette Today, “prioritizing self-care is crucial for maintaining good mental health. By incorporating self-care activities into our daily routine, we can reduce stress, enhance our emotional well-being and build resilience.”

She Dances

She loves the little moments, dancing with her partner, chowing down on sushi, and hanging with her pup. “Dance with me…? 💌 #justrememberyourebeautiful,” she said on Instagram, on a slideshow of photos. According to Better Health, dancing has a lot of health benefits like “better coordination, agility and flexibility, improved balance and spatial awareness, increased physical confidence, improved mental functioning, improved general and psychological wellbeing, greater self-confidence and self-esteem, better social skills,” and more.

Demi Lovato is all about self-love! The 28-year-old, who has been open about their struggles with disordered eating and body confidence, shared an empowering message with fans on Tuesday via Instagram, alongside a gorgeous photo taken right after shooting a big new scene for the new TV series Hungry. Celebwell has rounded up 10 of the most empowering messages—including their latest musings—Demi Lovato has shared over the years to inspire self-love. Read on—and to get body-confident yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Sexiest Celebrity Photos—With Tips That Work For You!

1. Be Proud of Yourself and Celebrate Wins

“Had to film a sex scene today. My first one!” they wrote alongside the photo, wearing black lingerie. “I had a little anxiety going into it but the cast and crew were so professional and easy to work with, it calmed me down immediately. Then, I thought about how proud I am for being able to feel comfortable enough in my skin to do that. I rarely ever showed my arms before.. now I’m in this!! (Granted, it barely shows anything BUT STILL) I don’t always feel good in my skin, so when I do, AND I feel sexy enough to post - I do just that! It’s important to celebrate the little wins. Yay for this random burst of body confidence and yay for awkward hilarious sex.”

2. Find Time to Feel Comfortable in Your Skin

“I feel the sexiest in the bathtub w no makeup, no extensions, no lashes.. naked. Just me in my purest form. I don’t always feel comfortable in my skin/body so I’m beyond grateful that in these moments, when I’m most vulnerable I can feel beautiful & accept myself as is,” Demi shared in a recent Instagram post, along with a photo taken from the bathtub.

3. Celebrate Your Body’s Features, Stretch Marks and All

2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards – ArrivalsEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

On Christmas 2020, Demi opened up about their eating disorder recovery, celebrating their stretch marks by painting them in glitter. “I used to genuinely believe recovery from an eating disorder wasn’t real. That everyone was faking or secretly relapsing behind closed doors. ‘Surely she throws up here and there’, ‘she can’t POSSIBLY accept her cellulite’... those we’re just a few of the things that I used to tell myself growing up. I’m so grateful that I can honestly say for the first time in my life - my dietitian looked at me and said ‘This is what eating disorder recovery looks like.’ In honor of my gratitude for the place I’m in today, this was a lil shoot I did by myself in quarantine this summer when I wanted to celebrate my stretch marks instead of being ashamed of them. I started wearing actual glitter paint on my stretch marks to celebrate my body and all of it’s features (whether society views them as good OR bad) My stretch marks aren’t going away so might as well throw a lil glitter on em’ amiright? Also let this be a reminder to anyone who doesn’t think it’s possible: IT ACTUALLY IS YOU CAN DO IT. I BELIEVE IN YOU. This year was tough.. be gentle on yourself if you slip up and remember to get right back on track because you’re WORTH THE MIRACLE OF RECOVERY I LOVE YOU.”

4. There Is Always Hope

OBB Premiere Event For YouTube Originals Docuseries "Demi Lovato: Dancing With The Devil"Rich Fury/Getty Images

During an appearance on On Air With Ryan Seacrest, Demi pointed out that no matter how far you fall, there is always hope. "It's going to be okay. No matter how hard your rock bottom is, you can rise above it and you can come back."

5. Embrace Your Body

2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards – ShowKevin Winter/Getty Images

"I'm not naturally super thin. I have an athletic body. I just have to embrace that. There are days when it's hard to, but more and more, there are days where I'm actually proud of my body,” Demi told Complex.

6. Be “Authentic,” “Unashamed,” and “Real”

In September 2019, Demi shared a photo of their bikini body, refusing to add filters. “This is my biggest fear. A photo of me in a bikini unedited. And guess what, it's CELLULIT!!!! I'm just literally sooooo tired of being ashamed of my body, editing it (yes the other bikini pics were edited - and I hate that I did that but it's the truth) so that others think I'm THEIR idea of what beautiful is, but it's just not me. This is what I got. I want this new chapter in my life to be about being authentic to who I am rather than trying to meet someone else's standards. So here's me, unashamed, unafraid and proud to own a body that has fought through so much and will continue to amaze me when I hopefully give birth one day. It's such a great feeling to be back in tv/film while not stressing myself with a strenuous workout schedule before 14 hour days, or depriving myself from a real birthday cake rather than opting for watermelon & whip cream with candles because I was terrified of REAL cake and was miserable on some crazy diet shit. Anyway, here's me, RAW, REAL! And I love me. And you should love you too! Now back to the studio.. I'm working on an anthem.. also. Just so everyone's clear.. I'm not stoked on my appearance BUT I am appreciative of it and sometimes that's the best I can do. I hope to inspire someone to appreciate their body today too."

7. Beauty Comes From Within

2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards – ArrivalsPhillip Faraone/Getty Images

“Having strength and confidence in yourself. I think that women who know who they are are beautiful,” Demi told Glamour. They try not to let other people impact their happiness. "I don't let anyone's insecurities, emotions, or opinions bother me,” they told Seventeen. “I know that if I am happy, that's all that matters to me. And it's okay to be selfish like that sometimes, when it comes to your well-being. Do what makes you happy, and don't care what others think."

Madison Lewis is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit pic. Over the weekend the actress uploaded a photo of herself rocking her latest bathing suit, sharing it to her Instagram Stories. Read on to see 7 of Madison Lewis’ top do’s and don’ts for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Do Promote Self-Love

Madison-LewisMadison Lewis/Instagram

Madison is a big proponent of self-love and confidence. Not only does she regularly share photos of herself oozing self-confidence, nearly all of them have her trademark hashtag: #justrememberyourebeautiful. "Overall, the term 'body image' is how people think, feel and perceive their own body. During adolescence, it can be difficult to maintain a healthy body image because of major physical and emotional changes, and social pressures, that occur during this phase of life," says the Mayo Clinic. "Children and teens who have negative thoughts about their bodies are at an increased risk of low self-esteem, depression, substance use, eating disorders, and unhealthy body weight, including being underweight or overweight. In addition, some teenagers might engage in risky behaviors that can affect their future opportunities, such as ignoring schoolwork or participating in illegal behaviors that lead to trouble with the law."

2. Do Play Tennis

One way Lewis stays fit is with the help of tennis. She even posted this video on her Instagram story of herself making a racquet on the court with a friend. What makes tennis a great sport? According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

3. Don’t Be Unprepared with Your Diet

The Breakfast Club Grand OpeningMatt Winkelmeyer/Getty Images

Madison is all about meal prep. She keeps cuts veggies on hand, dividing up plastic containers, adding carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery, adding a little ranch dressing in the center.

4. Don’t Be Too Restrictive

Banana,Cashew,Pancakes,With,Bananas,And,Salted,Caramel,Sauce.,TheShutterstock

Madison eats healthy most of the time, but allows herself to indulge in her favorite treats. Some of her favorite guilty pleasures? Cookies, oreos, hamburgers, banana pancakes, and tacos, all of which she has shared in her Instagram Stories.

5. Do Strength Training

Francesca's Limelight LiveGetty Images

If you want a body like Madison, do strength training workouts. She is one of the many stars who train at the celeb mecca gym The Dogpound, working out with trainers Kirk Meyers, Josh Lopez, and Kevin Mejia. She does a variety of strength and weight training moves, using kettlebells, free weights and exercise bands.

6. Don’t Work Out Alone

VS Studio for the launch of Victoria's Secret On Point Sport CollectionStefanie Keenan/Getty Images

Madison likes working out with friends. Amongst her go-to workout buddies? Bryce Hall and Timothy Brundige. "If you are a morning person and like to work out before you head to the office, you probably will not be able to partner with someone who works the night shift at a hospital. Instead, find someone who will want to exercise at a time when you are both at your best," says ACE Fitness. "It is not necessary that you and your workout partner are exact mirrors of one another. In fact, this may be a wonderful opportunity for you to become more open-minded and appreciate someone’s differences."

7. Do Be Transparent

Madison is honest when it comes to her looks. In 2021 she even confused to going under the knife. "I know a lot of you are like, 'What!? Why did she get a nose job??' I got one because I didn't like my side profile ... and I was either going to change it now or later, so I did now. I didn't have to get surgery on anything, I wanted to. So I did,” she said in an Instagram Story.

1. Bodies on Social Media Aren’t Always As They Seem

In 2019, Camilla reminded fans that the bodies seen on social media aren’t always as real as they seem. "I'm writing this for girls like my little sister who are growing up on social media," she wrote in an Instagram story. "They're constantly seeing photoshopped, edited pictures and thinking that's reality, and everyone's eyes get used to seeing airbrushed skin, and suddenly they think THAT'S the norm. It isn't. It's fake. AND FAKE IS BECOMING THE NEW REAL." She added that "a completely unrealistic view of a woman's body," is promoted. "Girls, cellulite is normal. Fat is normal. It's beautiful and natural."

2. Celebrate Your “Curves and Cellulite and Stretch Marks and Fat”

62nd Annual Grammy Awards - ArrivalsDavid Crotty/Patrick McMullan via Getty Images

In July, Camila was the subject of body shamers after a photo of her exercising went viral.

"I was just running in the park, minding my own business, trying to be fit, trying to keep it healthy. And I am wearing a top that shows my belly and I wasn't tucking it. 'Cause I was running and existing like a normal person that doesn't tuck it in all the time!" she explained in a body positive TikTok video she titled “I luv my body.” "I reminded myself: being at war with your body is so last season. I am grateful for this body that lets me do what I need to do. We are real women with curves and cellulite and stretch marks and fat and we gotta own that baby!"

3. Don’t Spend Too Much Time on Social Media

Global Awards 2020Getty Images

During an interview with NME, the star revealed one of her "good mental health choice” tips: stay off social media. "When I feel myself going on Instagram, I feel gross. I feel sick. Like, I wanna delete it because it makes me too self-conscious and it makes me have this weird feeling. I'm like, eugh. It's like [there's] something in me that's like: 'That's not how I want you to live your life,' you know?"

4. Eat Lots of Veggies

The Global Awards 2020 with Very.co.uk - Show - LondonIsabel Infantes/PA Images via Getty Images

During an interview with BBC Radio, Camila admitted that her boyfriend, Shawn Mendes, is a big influence when it comes to her healthy eating habits. “Shawn has influenced me to be healthier. I was not healthy at all before. I never ate vegetables before. Just like, easy vegetables like cucumbers or cold carrots with cesar. Which I wouldn’t say are hard vegetables,” she said, admitting she never ate broccoli before her beau came into the picture.

5. Meditate for Your Mental Health

62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards - InsideJohn Shearer/Getty Images

In 2020, Camila revealed that meditation has become a regular mental health exercise for her. “Meditation has changed my life in the last few months,” she wrote on Instagram. “I didn’t share this with you guys at the time because honestly I was just trying to be okay, but I was experiencing severe anxiety. it was meditation- it was practicing every single day multiple times a day that has been healing me, and, more than just helping me manage strong emotions like anxiety and stress, it’s making me a better human. not only does it help in times like this with stress and anxiety, meditation is the practice of strengthening habits like empathy, love, and compassion- making you feel more connected to not only everybody around you , but living beings in general like animals, plants, and the earth, which is a living being, itself.”

The Bollywood star recently shared a video on Instagram rocking two-piece workout gear, proving that her fitness philosophy is all about keeping things fun and challenging. From TRX routines to hip thrusts, Sanon mixes up her workouts to stay motivated and strong. “It’s gotta be fun,” she says—and judging by her energy in the gym, she’s clearly found the perfect balance. Here’s how Sanon keeps herself in top shape with a variety of exercises that work both body and mind.

She Does TRX

Sanon does a lot of things to keep herself in shape. She is seen using TRX cables in her Instagram video. NIFS states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “If you have ever taken a class or done some of even the most basic exercises, you quickly see that core activation is one of the most important aspects. The workouts are simple yet very challenging, and you can easily complete a total-body workout only using one piece of equipment in 20 minutes.”

Strength Training

Sanon is seen doing a lot of strength training exercises in her Instagram video. Strength training has a lot of health benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

Sanon is seen doing hip thrusts with a shoulder press in her Instagram video. Hip thrusts have a lot of benefits. Gymless says, “Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Considering that about 65 million Americans experience some form of back pain, hip thrusts are a great exercise to include in your routine.”

She Does Russian Twists

Kriti Sanon does Russian twists

Another exercise that Sanon is seen doing in her Instagram video is Russian twists with a weight. Gymless says that this exercise is very beneficial. “Russian Twists are a great exercise that develops all parts of your core, especially the obliques, it also targets the shoulders and hips. This exercise involves rotating your torso from side-to-side while maintaining a sit up position with your feet off the ground. This rotational movement often occurs in sports, which makes it a popular exercise amongst athletes. It is speculated that this was developed during the Cold War by the former Soviet Union as a training exercise for the Russian Soldiers.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Sanon also shared this workout video on Instagram. In it, she is seen using a stationary bike. Penn State PRO Wellness reports that stationary bike workouts have a lot of health benefits. “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli doing ab exercises

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
