Olivia Nevill is an extremely successful influencer. She’s best known for being a fitness influencer. Nevill likes to post a lot of body positive messages on Instagram. Recently, she shared a post of herself talking about how bodies naturally change. Nevill captioned the post, “BODIES ARE MEANT TO CHANGE THROUGHOUT THE DAY NO MATTER WHAT SIZE YOU ARE ❤️… and that’s because your food has to go somewhere!! Your body’s worth does NOT change just because literally it has some food in it, and so we shouldn’t see it any differently 🤍” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Olivia Nevill stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Accepts Herself

Nevill talked about self-acceptance in her recent post’s caption. “When you struggle to accept your body changing, try to shift your perspective and see your full stomach as being the thing that gives you your, energy, your personality, your spark! A full stomach is a happy one, so I’m here to remind you that no matter what shape or size, ALL bodies change throughout the day and that is completely NORMAL.”

2. She Doesn’t Compare Herself

Nevill doesn’t like to compare herself to others, and encouraged others to do the same in this Instagram post’s caption. “Someone else’s beauty does not detract from your own ❤️‍🩹This international women’s day I want to remind you just how unique each and every one of us is … Flowers are pretty but so are sunsets and so are rainbows and they look nothing alike. When you learn to appreciate that we are all uniquely beautiful and different in our own ways, there isn’t just ‘one’ type of beautiful 🌹”

3. She Works Her Glutes

Nevill opened up about her process to working glute muscles in this Instagram post. “Get ready to save & screenshot ✨🌟 to get those glutes GROWINGGG, because you do NOT need to spend 17940 hours in the gym,” she wrote in the caption. “One of the big common issues a lot of people have when they start coaching is finding time to work out, thinking they need to be doing over 3 sessions a week to see progress But that could not be more true !!! If you have a good split, train with intensity, eat well, those glutes will GROW and in fact benefit from the extra rest 🍑”

4. She Doesn’t Deprive Herself

Nevill opened up about her diet in this Instagram post. She revealed that she likes to still indulge, while eating healthy. “WHY I ATE WHAT I ATE AS A GYM GIRL (food freedom, high protein) 🏋️‍♂️🍔🥗 Showing you that you can eat all the kind of foods you want and they shouldn’t be feared, this was a day of listening to my cravings but still giving my body the nutrients it neeeds ✨” In the video, she is seen eating things like pasta salad with tuna and cereal and bananas.

5. She Rests

Nevill talked about the importance of rest in this Instagram post. “LET YOUR BODY BREATHE & DO IT’S THING ❤️‍🔥For so long in the past, I thought I had to look super shredded the whole time and have a flat stomach to fit in, but here’s the truth: ** all bodies belong in the gym ** & by constantly breathing it, not properly sitting down because your scared of a roll, that’s just feeding INTO the thought process of ‘my natural body doesn’t belong in the gym’, and therefore feeds into the thought that you have to be breathing in the whole time. You have to realise that everyone is too focused on themselves to realise, and a workout is FAR more fun when you just embrace your natural body and not feel you have to look a certain way the whole time!”

Elise Joan, a celebrated fitness trainer and influencer, inspires her followers with her empowering messages and versatile fitness routine. In a recent Instagram post, Joan shared glimpses of her day, including yoga poses, reading, and enjoying coffee, captioning it, “Tap in to YOUR #Limitlessness.” From managing stress to incorporating yoga, swimming, and HIIT into her workouts, Joan emphasizes connection, balance, and unlocking one’s truest potential. Here’s a look at her approach to fitness, self-care, and personal growth.

She’s Found Herself

Joan opened up about finding herself in the caption of her recent post. “In the past few months, so many of us have had our world shaken. My deepest ‘why’ has always been connection with my community. When this foundation was rattled… I felt the pain & the deep emotions so many of us share. For the first time in a long time, I felt lost. I felt uncertain. I second guessed everything about how to re-connect & rebuild. I retreated into myself. but I came to my mat every day. Creating THIS course reminded me (to borrow my own words from LAVA)… Who the F* I AM. I am a #Creator I am a #Force I am an #Empath I am a #GameChanger I am #Limitless ✨AND SO ARE YOU ✨I have FOUND myself again… and on a deeper, more powerful level.”

She Does Yoga

Joan is seen doing yoga poses in her Instagram reel. Yoga has a lot of benefits. Harvard Health says, “Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem.”

She Manages Her Stress

Joan makes sure to manage her stress. She talked about how she does so in the caption of this Instagram post. “One of the pillars of longevity is.. STRESS MANAGEMENT. I get this in under 30min a day with LAVA & Barre Blend + my 60 affirmation meditations. I ALSO get this in the simple moments of life that bring me joy. Walking my rescue dogs in the rain lets me habit stack so many things that contribute to my reverse aging. unconditional love & joy, grounding in nature, stepping away from my devices, getting fresh air into my lungs, a healthy dose of vitamin D, and time being present in the moment ♥️. I’d love to hear some of the ways YOU practice stress management ⬇️. Let me know in the comments. Happy Friday Friends! Xoxo E.”

She Swims

Joan likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself swimming in Mallorca. Joan captioned them, “CURRENT MOOD✨. . .

Sometimes… the light & the tides change quickly. The key to happiness is how you respond. Create your OWN life 🫶🏻… I support you. #Retreat lessons ☀️🌊”

She Does HIIT

Joan likes to do HIIT workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing them on Instagram. Joan captioned the post, “HIIT ME WITH YOUR BEST SHOT 👊🏼@bodi LAVA HIIT training is unlike any other. I use intense strength training moves in sequence to elevate the heart rate WHILE building #POWER #STRENGTH & #EXPLOSIVITY without the joint-damaging impact. Whether you’re on week 1 or week3… how did you do in today’s HIIT? I needed a LOT of breaks, as the cardio interval time went up from week 1 (for me, the need for breaks came mostly from muscle fatigue before cardiovascular fatigue- though both were in play. *see facial expressions & boomers concern for my ‘panting’ 😆).”

Jessica Olie is a very successful influencer. She is known for her fitness content on Instagram. Olie recently enjoyed a trip to Arizona, and did a lot of hiking there. She shared a post on her page of herself and her boyfriend enjoying the scenery. Olie captioned it, “A sky full of stars 🌌 Hiking up in the dark under the stars was so special, I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many at once 🥹✨ No.7 to see the sunrise at the top of Cathedral Rock, I didn’t think we’d get any pink (wait for it) and then all of a sudden the whole sky changed colour 🌄🙏🏼”

She Hikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Olie likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself and her boyfriend enjoying a morning hike in Sedona. Olie captioned it, “Exploring the world with you 🥹🌵🥾🌄❤️🔥We hiked up Cathedral Rock in the dark to watch the sunrise at the top and it was one of my favorite things we’ve ever done ✨As we walked up, we watched a sky full of stars slowly turn pink just before the sun came up to say good morning 🌅”

She Strength Trains

Olie does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “When I decided that I wanted to run 57miles (93km) for my Dad for charity in April 2025, I knew my training was going to have to change and running would of course take priority. BUT, my strength training has helped prep my bones and body so nicely for the increase in running and my yoga has of course done wonders for injury prevention. So, I’ve gone from 4 strength sessions a week to 2-3 & 0 runs a few months ago to now 5 x a week.”

She's Consistent

Olie makes sure to workout on a regular basis, no matter how busy her life gets. She shared one of her favorite quick workouts in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “To some this might look like an ‘incomplete’ workout, but this is what it looks like when you’re busy and don’t have as much time as normal to train but you still want to get your favorites in and MOVE. So, this is my workout from the other day. It was short, it was sweet and I hit a few of my favorites in 30min. Something is always better than nothing. I always feel better doing what I can with the time I have available to me, even if it looks different sometimes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

Jessica Olie is seen doing a pull-up.

Jessica Olie/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Olie is seen doing pull-ups. Gymless states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups can give size and strength to your upper body muscles. It allows you to target your lats, biceps, traps, and many more muscles. Practicing this consistently along with other variations that target different muscle groups, inevitably will give you the muscular aesthetics that you’re seeking. A study emphasized this by suggesting that this close kinetic chain exercise is designed to increase the muscular strength and endurance of the upper body and torso.”

She Does Lunges

Olie is also seen doing lunges with a barbell in the previous Instagram post. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, which makes them very beneficial to do. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

“Things people care too much about,” she wrote over the first photo. “This whole health & fitness thing can seem overwhelming and daunting…to be honest though, so many people get caught up worrying and caring too much on tiny details rather than focusing on the bigger picture!!! Fitness doesn’t need to be complicated. Instead of stressing over every detail, focus on the basics: consistency, movement you enjoy, balanced nutrition, and rest,” she added in the Instagram caption. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her top lifestyle tips.

Life Weights

Lauren “passionate” about exercise – especially strength training. “I made the switch from being a ‘cardio bunny’ to lifting heavy weights! During that time, I would go on social media to look at girls who competed in Fitness competitions,” she told Simply Shredded.

Don’t Waste Time Doing Lots of Cardio

Lauren maintains that doing too much cardio is a waste of time for her.“A workout routine focusing primarily on weight training with minimal to no cardio works best for me. My style of training is a cross between powerlifting and bodybuilding. I am an ectomorph body type and I find it quite hard to maintain muscle mass. Lifting heavy has really helped to stimulate my overall muscle growth, particularly with my lower body,” says Lauren.

Count Macros and Eat Clean

Diet is important, says Lauren. “I follow a blended approach between macros and clean eating,” says Lauren. “I know my exact macros and I have a clean meal plan to hit these macros. When planning my meals, I also keep things like nutrient timing in mind too especially around my workouts.”

Here Is What She Eats in a Day

Lauren shared a sample menu with Simply shredded. For her first meal she has 5 ounces Egg Whites, 3 ounces Oats and 1 tablespoon Honey. Next, 1 scoop Protein and 1 cup Blueberries. Meal 3, lunch, is 3 ½ ounces Barramundi and 9 ounces Sweet Potato. For her fourth meal she has 2 ½ ounces Chicken Breast, 5 ounces Mixed Vegetables and 1 ½ ounces Walnuts. Meal 5 is 3 ½ ounces Turkey Mince, 3 ½ ounces Pumpkin, ¼ cup Baby Spinach Leaves and 2 ounces Avocado. And, for her last meal, she has 1 scoop Protein and ¼ cup Almonds.

Don’t Believe There Are Shortcuts

“POV: doing this workout every single day will snatch your waist, build your glutes & get you losing 10kg…. 🤥 Claims like this are made all over social media. If you dive deeper into it…content creators all use the EXACT same wording on all their posts in a hope to go viral & it’s all just click bait for views🙄 spreading misinformation like wildfire!” she writes. Be careful who you take your advice from on here. Want to build your glutes? Lift heavy shit. Eat food to fuel your body. Don’t listen to morons 🤣,” Lauren captioned a recent post.

Noelle Leyva is a model and influencer. She is known for her fitness content. Last month, she celebrated the holidays on Instagram. In a post, Leyva is seen in red sweats. She captioned it, “Can’t wait for Christmas.”

She Does Squats

Leyva shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. She included a video of herself doing squats. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats can improve your posture. “Poor posture can cause all kinds of problems, including back pain, neck pain, headaches and an overall lack of flexibility. But working your erector spinae muscles, like through squatting, can help strengthen them and improve your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

Leyva included a video of herself doing hamstring curls in her Instagram story highlight. Asphalt Green states that doing these can have a lot of benefits. “Hamstring curls are a great way to balance the muscles that you work when you’re doing leg extensions. This exercise is also good for people with sedentary jobs who don’t get a lot of walking in. Even pro cyclists can benefit from using this machine, since biking works the quads so heavily and doesn’t do as much for the hamstrings. With hamstring curls, you’re essentially doing the opposite motion to leg extensions. You’re exerting force by bending and pulling with your legs instead of pushing with them.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram story highlight, Leyva is seen doing strength training exercises like pushdowns and using weights. Strength training is very beneficial. The Mayo Clinic states, “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls.”

She Does Cardio

Noelle Leyva shares a post-cardio selfie.

Noelle Leyva/Instagram

Leyva revealed in her Instagram story that she likes to do cardio workouts. Cardio has a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “A good cardiovascular workout will have you consistently breathing faster than you would while resting. The result: More oxygen in your blood for your heart to pump to the rest of your body.”

She Does Pulldowns

Leyva is also seen doing lateral pulldowns in her Instagram story highlight. These have a lot of benefits. Piedmont says, “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
