Sam Rybka is one half of the social media duo, The Rybka Twins. She and her sister are known for their gymnastics work and being dancers. Rybka recently shared a video on Instagram of herself doing a back handspring trick. 1. She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is one of the main ways Rybka stays in shape. And according to Gymnastics Victoria, the sport has a lot of health benefits. “Gymnastics training emphasises body weight strength to improve core strength, reflexes, whole body muscle extension and flexion, and balance. Gymnasts are some of the strongest athletes in the world and gymnastics strength training can help tone all muscles and assist in decreasing chronic muscle soreness and pain.”

2. She Does Squats

Rybka and her sister shared some of their favorite workouts in this YouTube video. One thing they enjoy doing are frog squats. According to A Healthier Michigan, burpees have a lot of health benefits. “A burpee is an easy exercise and can be done in almost any location because it involves no workout equipment and only requires a small amount of space. Burpees workout your entire body and are great for building strength and burning calories.”

4. She Does Planks

Rybka and her sister are also seen doing planks in their YouTube video. Allina Health reports that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “If you want an exercise that engages most of your muscles in one easy step, then you should plank. The plank is a simple, effective bodyweight exercise that strengthens your core, as well as muscles in your upper and lower body. Core muscles, which include your back and abdomen, help you maintain posture and balance as you stand, sit and move throughout the day.”

5. She Does Yoga

The Rybka twins shared this YouTube video of themselves doing a yoga challenge. John Hopkins Medicine reports that yoga has a lot of health benefits. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”
