Sol Fandiño is a model and influencer. Naturally, this means she’s not afraid to show off her body. Fandiño shared a new swimsuit video on Instagram this week. In it, she enjoyed a day at the spa. Fandiño spent time in a sauna and in a pool. She captioned the post, “Don’t wait for someone to take care of you, take care of yourself.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sol Fandiño stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does Yoga

Fandiño shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is practice yoga. Fandiño posted this set of photos of herself doing yoga poses on the beach. She captioned the post, “New flows in 3-2-1.” She also shared this highlight reel of herself doing yoga, including teaching a class. She captioned the post, “Morning flow! Activating the energy!” Harvard Health states that yoga has a lot of benefits. “Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. It's not about physical appearance. Yoga studios typically don't have mirrors. This is so people can focus their awareness inward rather than how a pose — or the people around them — looks. Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn't practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an integral part in the treatment of eating disorders and programs that promote positive body image and self-esteem.”

2. She Focuses On Gut Health

For Fandiño, yoga isn’t just a way to workout and relax. It is also a way to help with her gut health. Fandiño shared this video on Instagram of herself doing poses that will help with a gut detox. She captioned the post, “Flow Detox✨The relationship between our brain and the body and the digestive system is very important for our health. That's why I leave you this Flow Detox that serves to massage the abdominal area and stimulate digestion.”

3. She Cooks

Fandiño loves to cook healthy options. She shares a lot of her favorite recipes on Instagram. In this video, she makes a salad. Fandiño captioned the post, "’Fun-Da-Men-Tal’ dress, who says? 😆 Royal 👑 that's so good! (Yes, I wanted to use the abacus emoji ,, denotes age) Ingredients for the Dressing! Tahini or sesame paste. Cúrcuma. Pepper. Sal marina. Maple syrup o miel.”

4. She Stays Motivated

Fandiño makes sure to stay motivated to workout. She opened up about this in the caption of this Instagram post of herself at the gym. “No filter, no make up, and no hairstyle, but focus on my goals,” she wrote. “I am often asked how I do it to get the urge to train. The truth is I do it for my mental health and for my body health, not just to look pretty, but obviously the results help and motivate to keep going! I see physical exercise as something I need to do for myself. It's part of my self-care, of my Self-Care routine. Motivates me to do it for myself and not for others. Hope this motivates you too!”

5. She Plays Tennis

One thing Fandiño likes to do to stay in shape is play tennis. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself and some friends on the court. Fandiño captioned the post, “1. Preparada para mi primer intento. 2. Ojo eh. 3. Buah…4. Tell me where the paddle and the mini. 5. Third half. 6. They laugh because I have ‘the gift’. 7. What are you doing lady? 8. Don't doubt my technique. See original.”

Cartia Mallan is home in Australia – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the influencer and model revealed that she was living her best life in Byron Bay, flaunting her fabulous figure in a swimsuit selfie. “Happy to be back in my favourite place on earth!!!” she captioned a series of snaps, wearing an army green swim top. How does the beauty approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

1. She Lost Over 60 Pounds

Modern,Scales,And,Tape,Measure,Isolated,On,White,,Top,ViewShutterstock

Cartia has lost over 60 pounds since her youth. “Not many people actually know but I was very overweight,” Cartia told Girlfriend. “I’ve lost almost 30kg since I was really young so I struggled so much with self-confidence. I felt like I could never live my life properly because I was so self-conscious and I was bullied.”

2. Vulnerability and Honesty

Cartia explains that she blew up on social media when her “content changed” and she started opening up about personal experiences, she told W Magazine. “I posted a lot about self-help and self-love and my own personal journey. I like being very vulnerable online,” she explains. The response was “amazing” from her followers. “That’s when I was like, ‘There are not enough people speaking honestly about their struggles.’ It can be toxic to just be like, ‘Look at my life, it’s perfect.’ It’s not. I struggle just like everyone else. And it’s amazing that people relate to that.

3. Exercise, Meditation, and Yoga

Front,View,Full,Body,Portrait,Of,A,Relaxed,Woman,DoingShutterstock

Cartia has an inclusive approach to mental and physical health. “I try to stay on track with exercising, meditation, and yoga. If my body is exhausted, I’m exhausted and in a shit mood and I can’t provide help to anyone else. My mental state is the most important thing for me,” she told the publication.

4. Baths

Cartia loves a good soak in the tub, declaring in an Instagram post, “bath > shower any day I don’t wanna hear any debates.” How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. Self-Care

Cartia knows when to take a break and indulge in self-care. “Right now my main focus has been set to just simply looking after me. it’s nice to be home in london & rest my little brain for a while. my past few weeks have been an emotional roller coaster so lately I’ve been taking some extra time to just slow the fffffff down, feel my feelings, release them, spend proper time alone (which I find I’m terrible at prioritising) looking for beauty in small simple things - going to the park, sitting in the sun 🌞 since coming home from travels I got serious with myself where I’ve not been looking after my mental health & highlighted the areas where I could be helping myself more… mediating & journaling again every day has been added back into the routine. What a silly girl to ever stop doing them, I feel slowly so much more calmness & presence and it feels nice to be taking proper care of myself again,” she wrote in a 2023 Instagram post.

Singer-songwriter Chloe Bailey is on top of the world after a trip to beautiful St. Lucia in the Caribbean. Bailey, 25, shared highlights of her vacation with a video posted on her Instagram, showing the star posing in the ocean water in a black and green bikini. “I had the most incredible time in St Lucia thanks to @windjammerlanding for making it such a special time for me. haven’t felt this happy and relaxed in a minute 😍🥰🥹,” she captioned the post. “I’m convinced that you’re a St Lucian now after seeing how well you blended in with our people and our culture. Happy you enjoyed your stay here. You should definitely come back to explore some more !🇱🇨❤️,” commented a fan. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bailey stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She’s a Dancer

Bailey is a talented dancer, as anyone who has seen her perform will attest to. Dance-based workouts are a great option for people who want to work out while having fun. “The best exercise program is one that is safe, balanced, promotes fitness and, importantly, one that people will do regularly because they enjoy it,” says Polly de Mille, exercise physiologist at the Women’s Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery. “The social aspects of dance help to make it very attractive for an increasing number of people versus, say, an elliptical training machine. Scientific studies are now also telling us that many things make dancing an excellent fitness regimen with attractive benefits.”

2. SPF Every Day

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,February,03,,2023:,Chloe,Bailey,At,TheShutterstock

Bailey never skips sunscreen to protect her skin’s health and appearance. "I'm so grateful for all the melanin that I have," she says. "I'm grateful for the protection that it gives me. But I still need my sunscreen because, you know, I'm trying to have youthful skin all the time — I don't want wrinkles too soon. We don't want the Black to crack."

3. Vegan Lifestyle and Coconut Oil

Coconut,Oil,In,Glass,Jar,With,Tropical,Leaves,And,FreshShutterstock

Bailey swears by a vegan diet and cruelty-free products such as coconut oil for health and beauty. "I always love packing coconut oil with me!” she says. “It's the best skin moisturizer." According to dermatologist Jane Wu, MD, coconut oil is better for the body than the face. “If you are prone to acne, you should also avoid putting it on your shoulders, chest or back,” she says.

4. Positive Thoughts

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,February,27,,2023:,Chloe,Bailey,At,TheShutterstock

Bailey believes in the power of positive thought. “With everything—music or acting or even the corporate world—you’re always gonna have obstacles,” she says. “And that gets put in the shadows. All we see is the glitz and the glamor. We live in a world where everyone posts their best selves online. Sometimes you look at yourself and think, why can’t I always be 100%, 1000%? But everybody gets told no. But when one door closes, another opens.”

5. Self-Care Every Day

Bailey makes time to relax and take care of herself, especially as her schedule can get extremely hectic. "It's so relaxing and soothing when you get to take care of yourself and when you look in the mirror, applying the products,” she says. “And it's like, oh, I'm loving myself, loving the skin I'm in.”

Other days I need to wake up at 5:15 a.m. and get a spin class in to feel good—even though I hate waking up early. I’ve tried to get into TM, a type of meditation, but it felt so hard-core. Wellness should feel like something I want to do. If I’m going to do a meditation, I like to do a guided one, and there are apps for that.”

4. Camila Mendes: Self-Care Is Crucial

Riverdale star Camila Mendes is a huge proponent of self-care. “For me, it's taking care of myself in the most immediate way. Do I need water, sleep, or to move around and stretch? Should I journal?’ I think being well is about checking in with your physical and mental health and evaluating what you really need at that moment.”

7. Sofia Vergara: Exercise to Eat

According to Sofia, working out is "like torture” for her,” she confessed to Women’s Health. "I'm in a bad mood two hours before, I'm in a bad mood while I'm doing it, I'm in a bad mood at the end because I have to schedule the next class.” However, the thought of food keeps her going. "I heard about someone in L.A. who got hypnotized so they wouldn't eat candy," she told Shape. "I'm seriously looking into that because I'm obsessed. When I do indulge, I exercise a bit harder the next day. My workout motto is really simple: No pain, no cake!"

Kering Women In Motion Awards Photocall - The 74th Annual Cannes Film FestivalDaniele Venturelli/Getty Images

"Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn't develop that," Salma told People, revealing her unique workout method. "I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long. So even when you brush your teeth, you're working the muscles," she continued. "It's restorative yoga. She taught me how to tone [my muscles] without clenching them. You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you're aware of your body, you'd be surprised by the effect it can have."

I fully believe in just making sure you check in with your doctors or therapist. [Taking care of mental health — ] that's forever. That's something I will have to continue to work on. 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards – ArrivalsEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

Demi Lovato has struggled with body confidence issues and become one of the most influential role models on social media "I'm not naturally super thin. I have an athletic body. I just have to embrace that. There are days when it's hard to, but more and more, there are days where I'm actually proud of my body,” Demi previously told Complex. Earlier this year she celebrated a major win, stripping down for a sexy scene in a movie. “Had to film a sex scene today. My first one!” Demi wrote alongside a recent photo, wearing black lingerie. “I had a little anxiety going into it but the cast and crew were so professional and easy to work with, it calmed me down immediately. Then, I thought about how proud I am for being able to feel comfortable enough in my skin to do that. I rarely ever showed my arms before.. now I’m in this!! (Granted, it barely shows anything BUT STILL) I don’t always feel good in my skin, so when I do, AND I feel sexy enough to post - I do just that! It’s important to celebrate the little wins. Yay for this random burst of body confidence and yay for awkward hilarious sex.”

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

“My bigger challenge is sleep. I think that’s all part of our nutritional hygiene — the amount of water we get as well as the amount of sleep we get. It’s the combination of all of those things that make your workouts the most effective," she told TODAY.

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

She Hydrates

Aniston prioritizes hydration, drinking a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Does Pilates, Spinning, Elliptical, and Running Workouts

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
