In the previous Instagram video, Williams shared highlights of a ski trip she took with her friends. According to The University of Rochester, skiing is very beneficial. âSkiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles.â
She Does Core Workouts
Williams does a lot of core workouts to stay in shape. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. Williams captioned it, âWorkout below >>> when Iâm teaching in the app I go though how to perform the exercises & we go of counts, but if you wanted to try this out then do around 30 seconds each exercise with minimal rest & youâll have a total core workout that you will want to do on repeat đ„ đ©°Lying crunch đ©°knee to elbow lifts both sides đ©°single leg knee drive đ©°single leg knee to elbow lift đ©° bicycle đ©°lying single leg raises đ©°leg raises with lift đ©°plank oblique twist đ©°arm extended side lifts - into pulses.â
She Strength Trains
Williams also does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She explained why in this Instagram postâs caption. âI feel like is getting over looked recently, which is wild when is key to your health, especially as we get older, longevity is a buzz word right now & if you want to set yourself up to live a long, active & healthy life you need to be lifting weights. Doesnât mean lift super heavy or train like a body builder (also not for me) but it will build & help maintain muscle mass, boost bone density as well as improve joints health, & not to mention leave you feeling powerful & looking juicy đ€đœđ€â
