Happy bathing suit birthday, Suzy Antonyan. On December 8, the influencer is celebrating her 28th birthday and Celebwell is honoring her on her special day. The birthday girl recently shared photos of her weight loss transformation, wowwing her followers. “These past 9 months have been the craziest 9 months of my life. So many times I wanted to give up because I felt discouraged and I didnt feel comfortable in my own skin but, I knew I had a goal to meet and I had the best support system a girl can ask for,” she wrote in the captioned. How did she lose all the weight? Celebwell rounded up some of her top lifestyle habits.


1. She Hikes

Suzy loves to hike. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

2. She Runs

Suzy also runs. “Ilya and I just ran a half marathon together!!!!!! (13 MILES) It’s crazy … if you had told me 3 years ago I’d be doing something like this, I’d say you’re NUTS! This just shows, that anything in life is possible and you gotta PUSH yourself to get to your goals. For the last 6 months, I’ve been pushing myself every day to get to this point. WOW! This feeling is unreal. Thank you to everyone for all your constant support and encouragement. Now let’s all go to Burger King to celebrate!” she captioned a post.

3. She Reads

When she isn’t exercising, you can find Suzy reading for her mental health. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

4. She Soaks in the Hot Tub

Suzy also appreciates the benefits of hot water therapy, taking baths and soaks in the hot tub. Baths and hot tubs have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
