Ponton is seen running in her Instagram post. Running has a lot of health benefits. Valley Oaks Health states, “After going for a run, your body experiences a drop in the stress hormone cortisol. This reduction diminishes feelings of stress, allowing you to go about the rest of your day with less tension and anxiety.”

She Hikes

Ponton is seen hiking in her Instagram post. She also shared this reel of herself enjoying the view while on a hike. Ponton captioned that post, “I’ve never experienced fall like this before.” The Cleveland Clinic states that hiking is very beneficial. “If you struggle to get a good night’s sleep, then a hike might be beneficial. Exposure to vitamin D can help control your wake-sleep cycle. And being outside and exercising will also raise your body’s temperature, so when your internal temperature goes back down, it can lull you into sleep.”

She Loves Strawberries

Ponton is seen enjoying strawberries in her Instagram post. NASM states that the fruit has a lot of health benefits. “The antioxidants found in strawberries can help lower the risk of cardiovascular events through the inhibition of LDL-cholesterol oxidation, promotion of plaque stability, improved vascular endothelial function, and decreased tendency for thrombosis. As an anti-inflammatory, strawberry extracts have been shown to inhibit COX enzymes, which modulate the inflammatory process.”

She Swims

Ponton likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a dip in the waters of the Amalfi Coast. According to The Mayo Clinic, swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Loves Tofu

Ponton shared some of her favorite foods in this TikTok. She is seen enjoying a tofu dish in it. The Cleveland Clinic states that tofu is very good for you. “With 10 grams of protein in a 3/4-cup (100 grams) serving, tofu is an excellent plant protein source. The high protein is one reason people who follow a vegetarian or vegan meal plan favor bean curd as an alternative to meat.”

1. She Doesn’t Want To Impress Men

Olivia Ponton.1Olivia Ponton/Instagram

In an interview on HighLow with Em Rata, Ponton spoke out against the pressures for women to impress men. “From such a young age, we are taught that we are supposed to do the absolute most to impress men. I still fall under it. It's not like I've cracked the coat or anything. I still struggle with it. ‘I'm still like, oh, I'm single. I should go out and wear a cute dress and see if I get boys' attention.’ I don't even want their attention. I don't even like them. I don't know where my thought process is when I'm doing this. And I think our society has just normalized that girls should spend hours getting ready to go out and boys just show up and they're just so comfortable in front of whatever it would be. And I don't agree with it.”

2. She Does Ab Workouts

@iamoliviaponton

Monday Reset: 15 min AB workout routine🎀💜🩵 #abworkout

Ponton shares a lot of her favorite workouts on TikTok. In this video, she is seen doing ab workouts. The Mayo Clinic states that ab workouts are important. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

3. She Dances

@iamoliviaponton

Ponton is seen dancing in this TikTok. Dancing has a lot of benefits. “One of the health benefits is cardiovascular,” said Kellie Grabfelder, DPT, physical therapist, tells The Cleveland Clinic. “So, it's an aerobic exercise which helps our body use oxygen, which helps increase our heart rate. It gets our blood pumping through our body and oxygen to our muscles. And this can even aid in weight loss for people.”

4. She Uses A Stairclimber

Olivia Ponton.2Olivia Ponton/Instagram

Ponton revealed on TikTok that she likes to use a stairclimber to stay in shape. ACE Fitness states that workouts like these have a lot of benefits. “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

5. She Swims

Olivia Ponton.3Olivia Ponton/Instagram

Ponton is seen in a pool in this Instagram video. Swimming has a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Swimming isn’t just good exercise, it’s great exercise. That’s thanks to the water itself, which offers buoyancy and resistance that makes it easier on your whole body than other forms of exercise…We’re not saying that swimming is easy (far from it!), but swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

2. Her Workout Sessions Are Intense

Her favorite area to train? “Back or quads,” she revealed. She loves doing bent over rows and squats. However, she recently shared a video of the ab workout she is doing to get ready for summer. “It’s time to cut for summer! I ended up doing 4 rounds x 30 seconds,” she captioned it.

3. She Doesn’t Do Cardio

Exercise,Bike,Cardio,Workout,At,Fitness,Gym,Of,Woman,TakingShutterstock

Olivia isn’t a fan of cardio. She focuses on lifting weights in order to build muscl instead of losing weight. “The most I do right now is walking for like 10 minutes before I start if I feel like it,” she said. Occasionally, she might do some sprints.

4. She Has Her Own Fitness App

Olivia switches up her routine every four weeks and shares her workouts on her LivFit app. The subscription includes a few 4-week programs, a nutrition guide, and new workouts weekly.

5. She Has Gained 40 Pounds Since Starting Her Fitness Journey

Olivia exercises to gain muscle, not lose weight. “I'm finishing up my first 8-week bulk of the year on Friday, and ya girl has gained 10lbs and is looking a littttttleee fluffy (although I don't mind it!) 💪🏼 but now I'm excited to start cutting for summer!” she captioned a post. “Fitness is such a huge part of my life; my days really revolve around my workouts and what I put into my body. For some reason, I always liked to keep it to myself and didn't talk about it too much on here, but that is about to change! When I first started my fitness journey, I was coming off two ACL tears and just trying to build the muscle in my legs after having back-to-back surgeries. Now, I have been lifting for six years and have gained around 40lbs (my weight fluctuates) and put on tons of muscle!”

Olivia Culpo is reuniting with her mother-in-law at her husband’s football game – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the influencer and reality star shows off her fantastic figure in exercise clothes while in the bleachers. “When you’re reunited with your MIL after 10 long weeks without football,” she writes across the hilarious Instagram video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Healthy Eating

Olivia sticks to the 80-20 rule, she told Hamptons magazine. "Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say," she said. Healthy fiber and protein help keep her fueled throughout the day. Coffee with oat milk and a bowl of fruit, avocado toast and egg whites is ger go-to breakfast. For lunch she has a salad. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette," she added to Women’s Health. She also keeps healthy snacks on hand. "I'm obsessed with nuts," she revealed to Women's Health. She mixes sweet with salty. "I need energy on set, so I like the raisins and the chocolate," she explained.

2. Short Workouts

Olivia prefers short and impactful workouts. She even created the 20-minute Cardio Challenge on social media, “basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want,” she says. “I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes.” A bonus is that "it doesn't feel too overwhelming," and it is an easy way to get moving. "Before you know it, it's over."

3. P.Volve

Olivia is one of the many celebrity fans of P.volve, a low-impact method with portable equipment that can be done anytime, anyplace. "The P.volve workout is great for me because I travel a lot," she told Shape. "There are 3-pound ankle weights, 2-pound free weights, and tons of elastic bands that you can use in different ways."

4. Consistency

"I've noticed it's very important to be consistent with workouts. I think it's really easy for people to go through phases where they're really intense with their workouts and then they kind of fall out of it," she told Shape. "I try to stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I'm consistent and I don't wake up one day and realize it's been two weeks and I haven't worked out." Olivia exercises almost every day. "I try to workout as many times a week as I can,” she told HollywoodLife. “Ideally, I workout five times a week but when I'm traveling for work or on set for 12+ hour days, it's more difficult to carve out time."

5. Cardio

If you want flat abs, do cardio, says Olivia. "Cardio is a huge part of getting abs! When I am running regularly, I can actually achieve abs comparable to when I am doing regular ab exercises. Cardio helps keep your BMI low and also stimulates your metabolism so it stays at a higher rate throughout the entire day. So your body is in fat burning mode for much longer, it's like the gift that keeps on giving," she said.

Jessica Olie is a very successful influencer. She is known for her fitness content on Instagram. Olie recently enjoyed a trip to Arizona, and did a lot of hiking there. She shared a post on her page of herself and her boyfriend enjoying the scenery. Olie captioned it, “A sky full of stars 🌌 Hiking up in the dark under the stars was so special, I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many at once 🥹✨ No.7 to see the sunrise at the top of Cathedral Rock, I didn’t think we’d get any pink (wait for it) and then all of a sudden the whole sky changed colour 🌄🙏🏼”

She Hikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Olie likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself and her boyfriend enjoying a morning hike in Sedona. Olie captioned it, “Exploring the world with you 🥹🌵🥾🌄❤️🔥We hiked up Cathedral Rock in the dark to watch the sunrise at the top and it was one of my favorite things we’ve ever done ✨As we walked up, we watched a sky full of stars slowly turn pink just before the sun came up to say good morning 🌅”

She Strength Trains

Olie does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “When I decided that I wanted to run 57miles (93km) for my Dad for charity in April 2025, I knew my training was going to have to change and running would of course take priority. BUT, my strength training has helped prep my bones and body so nicely for the increase in running and my yoga has of course done wonders for injury prevention. So, I’ve gone from 4 strength sessions a week to 2-3 & 0 runs a few months ago to now 5 x a week.”

She's Consistent

Olie makes sure to workout on a regular basis, no matter how busy her life gets. She shared one of her favorite quick workouts in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “To some this might look like an ‘incomplete’ workout, but this is what it looks like when you’re busy and don’t have as much time as normal to train but you still want to get your favorites in and MOVE. So, this is my workout from the other day. It was short, it was sweet and I hit a few of my favorites in 30min. Something is always better than nothing. I always feel better doing what I can with the time I have available to me, even if it looks different sometimes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

Jessica Olie is seen doing a pull-up.

Jessica Olie/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Olie is seen doing pull-ups. Gymless states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups can give size and strength to your upper body muscles. It allows you to target your lats, biceps, traps, and many more muscles. Practicing this consistently along with other variations that target different muscle groups, inevitably will give you the muscular aesthetics that you’re seeking. A study emphasized this by suggesting that this close kinetic chain exercise is designed to increase the muscular strength and endurance of the upper body and torso.”

She Does Lunges

Olie is also seen doing lunges with a barbell in the previous Instagram post. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, which makes them very beneficial to do. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

Grace Charis is more than just a golf influencer—she’s a powerhouse on and off the course. Known for blending her love of the sport with a lifestyle that keeps her fit and fabulous, Charis recently shared a video on Instagram, inviting followers to “Come play this par 3 with me!” Decked out in a sleek white visor, matching skirt, and light pink top, she showcased not just her swing but her toned physique. So, how does she stay in such great shape? From perfecting her golf game to hitting the gym, here are the five fitness habits that keep Grace Charis on top of her game.

She Golfs

Golf is the main way Charis keeps herself in shape. Better Health states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf provides a stimulating mental challenge combined with a healthy walk in pleasant surroundings and can be played by people of all abilities and ages. Golf can be played on your own or in a team. It may be a casual pastime or a competitive activity. Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

She Swims

Charis likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself snorkeling in Japan. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of health benefits, including building your muscles. “The built-in resistance that water provides helps build muscles and makes you stronger. And because water is more resistant than air, swimming does this faster than land workouts like running and biking.”

She Lifts Weights

Charis shared some of her favorite workouts in this TikTok. In it, she is seen doing a lot of workouts with weights. According to ACE Fitness, using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Does Glutes Bridges

Charis is also seen doing glute bridges in her TikTok. NASM states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles. By increasing glute activation and strengthening the glutes, not only will your form get better in other exercises, but you might also gain the added benefit of reduced low back pain in your everyday life.”

She Does Lunges

Charis is also seen doing lunges with weights in her TikTok. Lunges are very beneficial. The Mayo Clinic reports, “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

Tedeschi likes to do burpees to keep herself in shape. She shared this video in her Instagram story highlight of herself doing them. The exercise offers the breath-stealing effect of running in a very condensed timeframe.”

She Does Deadlifts

Tedeschi is seen doing deadlifts with a weight in this Instagram story. Deadlifts are very beneficial. ACE Fitness says, “The most important benefit of the RDL is that it teaches the proper movement and biomechanics of standing hip flexion and extension. This is the foundational movement for squatting, whether the movement is performed with a weight in the gym or while bending over to pick an object up from the floor.”

Rachel Platten is a very successful singer. She is known for songs like “Fight Song” and “Stand By You.” Recently, Platten announced on Instagram that she will be going on tour this year. She captioned a post, “I cannot wait to see your faces and hug you and cry together and feel our feelings and connect and saaaang!! Tickets go on sale this Monday. But if you’re signed up for my email list then you’ll get an email giving you early access TODAY. See you soon my friends.”

She Opened Up About Her Struggles

After having her first child, Platten opened up about her struggles on Instagram. She tells TODAY that she received a lot of support from others after doing this. "I get flooded with comments from other women and men saying that it's OK, and I'm not alone, I'm not doing a bad job," she said. “It's making me feel not isolated. I could have gone down a road of this being a much darker experience had I not learned early on to be vulnerable and vocalize what I'm going through. That's been a really big life raft for me.”

She’s Comfortable With Her Weight

On her Instagram, Platten revealed that she is not putting pressure on herself to lose pregnancy weight, as she is comfortable with herself. “I am not less worthy of love just because I can’t seem to lose those last 5 or 10 pounds of ‘baby weight.’ I’ve tried it ALL and my body is begging for my acceptance. I am stronger than ever, I am so healthy, I can dance and lift weight and carry my girls and move and live a full beautiful life and am honestly sick of trying to keep shrinking myself back to pre-baby weight. F— it.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Platten shared some of her skincare secrets with Health Insight. “I apply face masks regularly — twice a week or more — and often go to sleep with a thin layer of a hydrating mask instead of a moisturizer. I also have a five-step routine (cleansing, toning, using a serum, moisturizing, and using sunscreen) that I do every morning and night no matter what. It’s a form of meditation for me and reminds me that even when I’m crazy busy there’s always time to breathe and love on myself a little.”

She’s Consistent With Wellness

Platten makes sure to stay consistent with her wellness routine. She shared her secrets with Health Insight. “In addition to my daily routine, I get regular facials (or give myself mini facials when I don’t have time), drink a crazy amount of water, eat healthy foods, and wear hats almost every time I’m in the sun. As cheesy as it might sound, I really do love taking care of my skin and I put a lot of effort into maintaining it.”

She Gives Back

Platten is a big believer in giving back to others. “I think we can remember how powerful we are by giving — giving compliments, our time to charities, and random acts of kindness,” she told Health Insight. “We can feel sad and powerless when we only focus on what we don’t have or don’t want, but we can easily shift this by switching that focus to what we have to offer! In my opinion, nothing is more beautiful or attractive than a woman who knows her worth and power.”
