Irina shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Yahoo Life. One thing she does to keep herself fit is box. “I’m this kind of girl that wants to be better every time, that’s why I push myself so much to go to the gym, I do a little bit of boxing, I do the Pilates machine, I work out with my personal trainer. Sometimes, I wake up and I’m angry and I go and do boxing because it really helps take all your anger out.”
She Runs
Irina loves doing cardio workouts. Specifically, she loves going for runs. “Usually, I work out for only an hour, but sometimes when I’m in the mood, I go for one hour at the gym and then I go for a run afterwards,” Irina tells Yahoo Life. “Cardio’s always good. It makes you sweat, it’s the best. If you love to run, it’s the best, just to sweat it out.”
She Drinks The Right Beverages
Irina makes sure to stay hydrated. However, she also makes sure that she’s drinking the right beverages. “You have to drink a lot of water and green tea,” she explains to Yahoo Life. “You have to remember that our bodies contain so much water and it’s great for your skin. You have to eat a lot of greens, and fresh green juices. Also, you have to stay away from the coffee! I don’t like it and I drink it like once a week maybe. Just drink a lot of water, it’s good for your body.”
She Loves Jiu Jitsu
In an interview with People, as reported by ELLE Magazine, Irina shared some of her favorite workouts. “I do a little jiu jitsu which I am obsessed with,” she says. “Because there’s so many possible move combinations, it’s brilliant for constantly challenging my body and pushing it to exhaustion every time.”
She Believes In Balance
When it comes to food, Irina doesn’t like to restrict herself. Instead, she focuses on balancing her exercise and food choices. “I don’t believe in diets, I think food is an important part of one’s life and it makes a person happy,” she says to Vogue. “So I find a balance between eating and working out. I like to do Pilates [reformer], work out with my trainer and walk a lot.”
