Irina Shayk In Black Bikini Is Up “Past Your Bedtime”

Irina Shayk is an extremely successful model. She’s no stranger to showing off her figure on Instagram. Irina shares a lot of swimsuit photos on her page. Recently, she posted a set of photos of herself going for a night swim in the pool. Irina wore a black bikini, and looked stunning. She captioned the post, “Past your bedtime.” How does Irina Shayk look so good? Here are 5 of her secrets, and the photos that prove they work!
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Irina has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her approach in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “I usually do not wear makeup, but I always take care of my skin and use the best beauty products for it. I am definitely not a makeup girl. I love to have my skin clean, and usually only wear a moisturizer and a sunscreen.”
She Uses Natural Skincare Products

Irina also told Harper’s Bazaar that she likes to use natural products on her skin. “Another important beauty secret is to use natural products for self-care—like Alo’s products. They will make your skin look its best. The special ingredient in the Alo products is Amla, an Indian Ayurvedic berry and antioxidant. My skin is always so radiant when I use them.”
She Motivates Herself To Workout

Irina admits to Yahoo Lifestyle that she loves to indulge, and that is what motivates her to workout. “If you decide that you want to eat all those crazy meals, you have to balance with working out,” she explains. “So you always have to motivate yourself. You cannot wake up and see yourself in the mirror and think ‘I look great so I can just relax’, you have to always push yourself to be better.”
She Loves Running

Irina shared some of her favorite exercises with Yahoo Lifestyle. She says that she loves doing cardio workouts, specifically running. “Usually I work out for only an hour, but sometimes when I’m in the mood I go for one hour at the gym and then I go for a run afterwards.Cardio’s always good. It makes you sweat, it’s the best. If you love to run, it’s the best, just to sweat it out.”
She Swims

As you can see from her Instagram post, Irina loves to swim to keep herself fit. According to The Mayo Clinic, swimming is a great way to stay in shape. “Swimming is a wonderful sport. I definitely recommend swimming for people of all ages,” says Dr. Matthew Crowe, a Mayo Clinic orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert. “Swimming is easy on the joints, and it’s very good for both cardiac health and your core strength. And it also can give you really excellent strength around the shoulders, and hips and knees.”
