Ivanka Trump is celebrating Earth Day in her workout gear. In a new post the former First Daughter flaunts her incredible figure in exercise clothes as she goes for a hike in nature. “Gratitude to this beautiful place we call home. Happy Earth Day!” she captioned the post. How does the 42-year-old approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Protein-Rich Diet

Prior to getting pregnant, Ivanka "ate like a teenager…carbs three times a day usually in the form of pasta or pizza," the former First Daughter told Eat This, Not That! She claims that she boosts her metabolism by making healthy choices and eating whole foods. “For me, at the end of the day, exercise is more about how I physically feel and it’s giving me clarity of mind and diet has more of a direct impact on my actual weight,” she told People. She tries to eat a lot of protein – like salmon – with her meals, she added to ETNT. She also shies away from processed foods and carbs.

2. Running

Ivanka.TrumpIvanka Trump/Instagram

“I like to run with my husband [Jared Kushner],” Ivanka says. “It’s something we started doing around a year and a half ago when my team at my fashion brand all decided collectively we would train for a half marathon. I had never run like a half mile in my life, so this was a very daunting experience.” According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

3. Strength Training

Ivanka also stays in shape by strength training. “When I’m in town, I like to work out at the gym in my building. My trainer, Peter Monge, put together a workout program for me — he also put together a similar program exclusively for my readers that I do with him once a week. The other days, I go through it on my own and in the hotel gym when I travel,” she told My Morning Routine. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

4. Meditation

“Meditation is one of the most important things I do each day,” Ivanka told My Morning Routine about her 5:30 am practice. “I meditate for twenty minutes, ideally twice daily. Sometimes I miss the afternoon session, but I always make the morning one. It’s been invaluable in terms of calming my mind and allowing me to think more clearly. I recently treated my team to an intensive transcendental meditation course. It’s proven to increase productivity at work and cut down on stress (doesn’t that sound awesome!?).”

5. Outdoor Activities

Ivanka also enjoys outdoor activities, like horseback riding, skiing, and surfing — a workout that provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” says According to the Australian government’s Better Health.

5. Hiking

In her latest Earth Day post, Ivanka goes for a hike. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Lara Trump is showing off the results of her incredibly disciplined approach to fitness. Trump, 41, who is married to Eric Trump, shared a video of herself wearing black two-piece workout gear, swinging on exercise rings. “Got him at the end 😜💥,” she captioned the post. “You are amazingly fit !!! it blows my mind👏👏👏👏,” commented The Real Housewives of New York star Ramona Singer. Here’s how the busy mother stays focused and full of energy.

1. Daily Workouts

Trump tries to set a good example to her children with health and fitness. “As an athlete for my entire life, I have always appreciated the way that exercise can affect everything from your physique to your mood,” she told The Trump Organization. “I make it a point (although it’s often a very early point) to start my day with exercise. As someone who likes to have goals to strive toward, I like to compete in triathlons on a regular basis. It makes going for a run, bike ride or swim that much more meaningful while I’m doing it. I hope that my children will one day appreciate how much of a stress reliever and overall positive experience exercise can be.”

2. Holiday Workouts

Trump does intense strength training exercises at the gym, using kettlebells to give her resistance training an edge. The busy mother-of-two doesn’t skip workouts, even on holidays. “Nice little morning celebrating America’s birthday 🇺🇸,” she captioned an Instagram video of herself working out on Independence Day.

3. Biking Outside

Bicycle,With,Carbon,Base,Parked,In,The,Forest.,Safety,HelmetShutterstock

Trump loves the adrenaline rush from biking outside. “I like to change up my workout as often as possible so that I don’t get bored and my body doesn’t stop responding,” she told The Trump Organization. “One of my favorite things is to be on my bike. There’s an element of danger when you ride fast and I think I like to be a little scared. But, more than that, there’s such freedom to being completely disconnected, no music, no wires, no screens, just me and my bike. It always takes me back to a time when I was a kid, out on a bike without a care in the world.”

4. Dog Mom

Trump is passionate about her pet pups. “Dogs also require regular exercise, and will greet it with smiles and wagging tails,” says the Mayo Clinic. “In addition to a typical walk, you can work hiking and running into your outings with your dog depending on its breed. People who regularly perform aerobic exercise have improved blood pressure, reduced blood sugar levels, better controlled weight and a reduced risk of developing cardiovascular disease.”

5. Raising a Family

Trump wants to pass down the lessons her own parents taught her. “Both of my parents were incredibly loving and supportive, but also very strict disciplinarians,” she told The Trump Organization. “I remember getting to a certain point in my life, and realizing how fortunate I was to have parents who made sure that I was well mannered and understood the difference between right and wrong at a very young age. Polite and thoughtful children typically grow up to be polite and thoughtful adults. And isn’t that the goal?”

1. She Doesn’t Let Challenges Hold Her Back

In a recent Instagram post, Gisele talks about her mindset when dealing with adversity. She says that she tries not to let challenges hold her back, and uses them to grow as a person. “Whenever we go through adversity, there is always the potential for reflection, transformation, and growth. When I feel down, I’ve learned it’s a sign I need to go inside myself and figure out what I need to work on in that moment. Pain is not the enemy (though it often appears to be)! Pain is a signal that tells us what we should work on and try to change. In this way, challenges can give us an opportunity to awaken, get stronger, and become better, more confident versions of ourselves!”

2. She Does Yoga

As seen in a recent Instagram post, Gisele is a fan of doing yoga. "Yoga’s incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person’s mental well-being," says the American Osteopathic Association. “Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration,” says Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California.

3. She Eats Healthy

Gisele writes in her memoir, Lessons, that she tries to eat healthy. However, she also doesn’t refer to her eating as a “diet,” as this can make her anxious. "I don't call my nutritional regimen a diet, but rather healthy eating habits, so I can maintain a high level of vitality and the mental clarity to have a productive and enjoyable life."

4. She Loves To Get Outside

If they choose oatmeal, I get out all sorts of toppings — chia seeds, berries, flaxseed, goji berries, cinnamon, walnuts, and almonds — and the kids get to 'decorate' their oatmeal," she told My Morning Routine.

She captioned the post, “Taking a moment to wish my very good friend and trainer extrodinare @kirastokesfit a VERY HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY!! 🎂🎉🎈🥳In honor of her birthday I worked out this morning and did Kira’s new Muscle Up and Shred series on her app, and it’s SOOOO GOOD!! Kira— you are a genius.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Candace Cameron Bure stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Prioritizes Exercise

Bure tells The Salvation Army that she makes working out a priority in her life. "Just sweating that out and all those endorphins really help me a lot. I notice a huge difference when I don’t exercise, how much it can affect me mentally and kind of deal with depression. That's why I keep going. There are a lot of benefits I get. My mind is most important, and exercise definitely helps that."

2. She Jumps Rope

Bure likes to jump rope. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing it, captioning it, “First, whips hurt. Second, this is the first time doing 12 double-unders in a row. Whoo Hoo! Does a jump in between still make it count? Just say YES 👍🏼! I’m learning 😜. #jumprope - P.S. some people have said my rope is too long, however I ordered a rope for exactly my height. When I stand on it, it comes just underneath my armpit- which is where it should land. Still think it’s too long?”

3. She Does Push-Ups

Bure shared some of her favorite exercises with Parade. She says that there’s one exercise that she goe to a lot. "I swear by push-ups,” Bure revealed. “Wide grip, tricep, dolphin, inclined, declined, you name it. My arms, shoulders, and back have really changed from constantly doing them.”

4. She Eats Healthy

Food,Products,Representing,The,Mediterranean,Diet,Which,May,Improve,OverallShutterstock

Bure makes sure to eat healthy. She opened up about her diet in an interview with People. “I eat a very plant and grain-based diet,” she said. “I follow a more Mediterranean diet, so I eat lots of fresh vegetables and whole grains and fish. I don’t eat dairy very often, and I’ve cut most of the sugar out of my diet — I see the biggest effect from not eating as much sugar.”

5. She Works With A Trainer

As you can see from her post, Bure works with a trainer. According to ACE Fitness, training has a lot of benefits. “Working with a trainer allows you to become confident with how to perform exercises, use machines and navigate the facility. After a few sessions, you will feel ready to tackle the weight room on your own. Even better, an ego boost during exercise can promote stronger self-confidence and self-efficacy, which can help you stick with your exercise program over the long term.”

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
