Jadé Tunchy Inspires with Post-Baby Body Transformation

Embracing body positivity and mindfulness, she encourages self-love.

Jadé Tunchy is a model, influencer, and clothing designer. She welcomed her first child not long ago. Tunchy shared a photo on Instagram comparing her pre and post baby body. In the caption, she encouraged mothers not to worry about losing pregnancy weight. “A different kind of before and after. To anyone who’s about to have or just had a baby - please go easy on yourself. Postpartum is filled with enough to worry about - you don’t need to add body image to your pile of concerns.”

She Isn't Concerned with Weight Loss

Tunchy talked about not being concerned with losing weight or how her body looks in her Instagram post’s caption. “Don’t beat yourself up about being in a new swimsuit this summer because your old ones no longer fit. Remember how lucky you are to have the opportunity to experience your first summer with your perfect little baby and remember, everybody else is too concerned with their own lumps and bumps to worry about yours. And even if your body stays like this forever, it created life and is evidence of the truest form of magic humans are able to experience ❤️”

She Does Yoga

Tunchy shared this video on her YouTube channel of herself doing yoga. The Mayo Clinic says that yoga has a lot of benefits. “A number of studies have shown that yoga may help reduce stress and anxiety. It can also enhance your mood and overall sense of well-being. Practicing yoga may lead to improved balance, flexibility, range of motion and strength.”

She's Consistent

Tunchy shared some of her wellness tips in this YouTube video. One of them is being consistent. “It requires consistency, it requires dedication, and it requires willpower and hard work. That's it. That's all it's ever going to be. There's no quick fix to living a healthier lifestyle unless, no, there's literally no quick fix. So there you go. Got that out of the way. If you're not prepared to take those steps and you just want some sort of secret method on how to get healthier and get fitter, you might as well just exit the video.”

She’s A Mindful Eater

Tunchy revealed in her YouTube video that she practices mindful eating. “I still had massive Lebanese feeds and I still ate chocolate and ice cream and lollies, and I had all that food that I loved. The thing is, instead of eating those meals for every meal of the day, I only had them once or I'd have a big breakfast and a really small lunch and a big dinner. So in a nutshell, I was eating less calories. I don't want to talk about cows and kilojoules and I don't want to get into it because I wasn't counting calories, I wasn't counting kilojoules, but I was being mindful of what I was putting into my body.”

She Uses a Fitness App

Young,Woman,Using,Fitness,App,On,Smartphone,Indoors,,CloseupnullShutterstock

Tunchy revealed that she uses an app for fitness in her YouTube video. “I have been using Keep It Cleaner, which I'm sure a lot of you know of Stefan Laura's app. I love their app. It's fantastic. Predominantly follow their workouts, admittedly haven't actually cooked anything from their recipes. I'm not a massive cook, so that's just me. But I do love their workouts, but what I actually find that I've been using the most is just their hit timer. So they have a timer where you can select different intervals for hiit sessions. So when you do a few different hiit exercises, you kind of gather what you like and you end up making up your own.”

Kourtney Kardashian is showing off her baby bump in a bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts, the reality star, who is expecting her fourth child, her first with husband Travis Barker, cradles her growing belly. “Growing you inside of me, my son, is the greatest blessing, honor and joy,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps and a video. Over the years, Kourtney’s view about body, diet, and exercise has shifted dramatically. Here are a few of the things she has said over the years about her body image.

1. She Openly Discussed Body Changes

2022 GQ Men Of The Year Party Hosted By Global Editorial Director Will Welch - ArrivalsShutterstock

Over the years, Kourtney has been candid about the changes her body has gone through, especially when it comes to fertility and pregnancy. “So, obviously my body has changed but it was all of the hormones that the doctors put me on,” Kardashian said to her friends during season 2 of The Kardashians in October 2022. “I think eight months of IVF treatment has definitely taken a toll on my body mentally and physically. It has taken a lot to get me to a place of feeling really comfortable and happy with the changes.” She also discussed all the comments from fans and the many times it has been questioned whether or not she is pregnant. “Everyone always comments on every photo that I am pregnant. Obviously, we wish for that but if it’s in God’s plan then it is.”

2. When She Was “Super Skinny” She Wasn’t “Happy”

Boohoo X Kourtney Kardashian - September 2022 New York Fashion WeekShutterstock

Kourtney tries to remind the world that being skinny doesn’t make you happy. “When I was super skinny, it is a time when I was super anxious. [It was] not about eating or staying at a certain weight but just in toxic relationships,” she said. “I would always say, ‘If I am super skinny just know I am not happy.'”

3. She Helped Make Intermittent Fasting Mainstram

Kardashian was one of the early celebrity supporters of intermittent fasting. "For me, this meant not eating for 14 to 16 hours after dinner. I wouldn't eat past 7 p.m. at night, and then I would wait to eat breakfast the next day until after my morning workout, which would be around 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m,” she said about the routine she followed.

4. She Also Promoted Keto

“My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and half years ago, when I did it for two months,” Kourtney wrote on Poosh in June 2019. “In my experience, I’ve found the best method to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat and kick-start weight loss is by sticking to a keto diet.”

5. She Loves Her “Thicker” Body

Kourtney’s ideal weight has changed over the years. "My weight — I used to go so much by weight — I used to be 95 pounds. Then 105 became my new normal weight. I am 115," she explained. "I am so into my thicker body. I looked up photos of my body when I was so skinny — it is cringey."

Singer Meghan Trainor is getting ready for her stint on American Idol by showing off a dance routine on social media. Trainor, 30, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a long-sleeved shirt, going through her performance routine with backup dancers. “@americanidol here we come! @tpain can't make it but we gon make you proud! LOVE YOU T-PAIN! 🥰 #beenlikethis DC: @brookieandjessie,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Trainor’s health and wellness regimen looks like.

1. Slow and Steady Weight Loss

Words,Weight,Loss,Written,On,Chalkboard,With,Measuring,Tape,OnShutterstock

Trainor lost weight the old fashioned way. “I did it the healthy way, the long way, the one pound a week way. And it's a proud accomplishment that I never thought I could ever do,” she told PEOPLE. “And now getting through a C-section and getting through that, just checking off goals of, 'What else can I accomplish?' It makes you feel unstoppable. And you're like, ‘There's nothing I can't do.’”

2. Baby Weight Gain

Trainor came around to getting pregnant just as she reached her goal weight. “That was really emotionally crippling, trying to go from like, 'Oh, I'm down to my healthiest I've ever been, but I know I'm about to grow big again,’” she told PEOPLE. "And I had to keep reminding myself, ‘It's healthy for the baby. I got to get big for the baby. And I've done it once. I could do it again.’”

3. Working Mom

Trainor is grateful for the support she gets as a working mother, although she had guilt in the past that her therapist helped her with. “No, you're not a bad mom, you're a working mom, and you're working to support your family and to love your family,” she told Parents. “I think when you have a kid you just realize, ‘Wow, life is beautiful and precious. I want to be the best for my kid.’ I've never been more motivated.”

4. Postpartum Body

Trainor is honest about how she feels in relation to her postpartum body. “A lot of women are out there posting their stretch marks, and they write, 'I love my tiger stripes, they gave me my boy.' I love my baby, but I can't look at my stretch marks and honestly say, 'Wow, I love them,' you know? It feels like I'm telling my truth. I heard that when you have a baby, you get more creative, and my lyrics are changing,” she told Parents.

5. Numbers Are Just Numbers

Trainor is embracing the idea that weight and health look different on people. “Because I've seen so many people on TikTok now open up, and I'm like, 'Here's what it looks like to be 180 pounds.' Everyone's body's so different,” she told PEOPLE. “You could see a girl who's really tall in a bikini, showing off her 185 pound body or something. And I'm like, 'Wow. It's so interesting how weight sits differently on everyone.' Numbers are just numbers. Whatever makes you feel the healthiest is where you should live.”

Tammy Hembrow In Two-Piece Workout Gear Says “It’s About the Strength”

Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow is reminding fans and followers that working out is as much about feeling good as it is about looking good. Hembrow, 29, shared a video of herself wearing two-piece workout outfits, using heavy dumbbells. “Remember we all start somewhere. For me training isn't just about aesthetics, it's about the strength & mental gain I get from it. That strong feeling 🤌🏼🤌🏼 nothing quite like it. @womensbest creatine has always been a part of my journey & definitely has helped with my goals along the way,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Hembrow snapped back into shape after having two kids.

1. Working Out With Kids

Hembrow fits her workouts around her family. “I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids,” the mother-of-two tells Women’s Health. “Whether it’s a gym workout or HIIT home workout I always try to fit it in when I can. I will often do some workouts from my at home booty program – you only need dumbbells, or I will do a HIIT workout in the lounge room. I recently posted an at home HIIT workout on my YouTube channel. I did it in the process of moving house when I was really feeling the need for a pick-me-up. There was a lot going on that week and I was feeling it, I decided to film and post it on my channel to show how I can fit in a quick workout throughout your day.”

2. Booty Diet

Hembrow had to fine-tune her diet to get enough protein. "For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn’t consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too," she tells Women's Health. "But I didn’t supplement my meals with these, it was always a combination of both. I needed to eat lots to build that area so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats. I eat every two to three hours. For breakfast I usually eat oats with Women’s Best protein powder. I always have protein shakes after my workouts and love to eat fish, chicken, turkey, beans and vegetables. I’ve been trying to cut back on meat lately which I have found difficult. I usually end my day with oats and protein again. Boring I know!"

3. Postpartum Fitness

Hembrow kept working out throughout her pregnancies. “What helped me bounce back is definitely how I ate and trained as I was pregnant,” Hembrow said. “I ate very clean, I had a lot of veggies, a lot of protein, and I tried to only limit my treats to the weekends, so during the weekdays I was eating clean all the time. What kept me going is how I wanted to look after the baby. I knew I wanted to get fit again after the baby, and be in the best shape I could be, so I wanted to make it easier for myself by staying active while I was pregnant.”

4. Waist Binder

Hembrow wore a postpartum binder to help get back into shape again. “For about a week or so, I wore a postpartum binder — they gave me one at the hospital,” she says. “I definitely didn’t just snap back to my pre-baby body once I stepped out of the hospital, you still look pregnant when you step out of the hospital. I wasn’t in a rush or anything, but as soon as I got home I was eating clean, I was wearing the postpartum binder, and then I started working out about six weeks after the birth.”

5. Juggling It All

Hembrow has learned to go with the flow since having children. “Being a mum and running a business is still a juggling act for me, I honestly just try my best to manage my time and plan but as a mom, you know that sometimes planning goes out the window,” she tells Women’s Best. “I’ve definitely learned not to beat myself up about failure. You can’t do everything right all the time, failing is a part of being a parent and a business owner. You learn from your mistakes and you’re often smarter from it. I guess you could say becoming a mum made me more resilient in my home life and business.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts, as a compound movement, aid in increasing lower body strength and power, enhancing athletic abilities such as running, jumping, and powerlifting. By strengthening the posterior chain muscles, you can enhance your posture and lower the risk of back pain and muscle strain. Strong glutes and hamstrings contribute to hip and knee stability, minimizing injury risks in sports and daily life.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
