Jasmine Sanders In Bikini Wants To “Go On Vacation”

Jasmine Sanders is known as the “Golden Barbie” in the modeling world. And if you’ve seen her photoshoots or Instagram account, you’ll immediately know why she has that nickname. Jasmine is known for being a model for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, and she shows off her bikini body on Instagram. Currently, she’s vacationing in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and made sure to hit the beach. Jasmine shared a set of photos of herself on the beach on Instagram. In them, she wore a blue bikini. Jasmine captioned the post, “I might seem ok, but deep down I wanna go on vacation every month.” How does the Golden Barbie look so good? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Jasmine makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared some of her favorite products in an interview with W Magazine. “My skincare products include Neutrogena Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes, Darphin Exquisâge Beauty Revealing Cream, and Bioré Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore Strips.” Jasmine also loves using face masks. “I love the Dr.Jart+ Brightening Infusion Hydrogel Mask.”
She Meal Preps
Jasmine makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One of her secrets for eating healthy is prepping her meals ahead of time. “I’m currently meal prepping,” she said in her W Magazine interview. “I’m only eating vegetables and proteins such as chicken and turkey. I only drink water with lemon while meal prepping as well. I also take a women’s multivitamin every day.”
She Works With A Trainer
In addition to diet, Jasmine also works out on a regular basis. One way she does this is by working with a personal trainer. “I love working out with my trainer Corey Calliet,” she told W Magazine. “Because he really drives me to push myself harder and harder every session.” According to ACE Fitness, having a personal trainer has a lot of benefits. “Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.”
She Has A Routine
Jasmine has a wellness routine to keep herself healthy. She tells E! News that this comes in handy when she has a shoot. “Trying to stick with a healthy diet and exercise routine is the best way to be prepared. Sticking with a routine allows for an ‘always ready’ mentality so when the time comes I won’t be stressed out trying to make drastic changes. The routine also helps me stay focused and maintain a clear state of mind.”
She Travels With Workout Gear
Whenever Jasmine travels, she always packs workout gear. “I definitely like to try new and fun dishes during my travels,” she says to E! News. “When I’m traveling, I like to do my hotel workouts either in my room or the hotel gym. I travel with a jump rope and resistance bands to make sure I’m always getting my workout.”
