Jasmine Tookes In Swimsuit Shows Off Baby Bump At “Olive Oil Tasting”

Jasmine Tookes recently announced on Instagram that she’s expecting her second child soon. She’s also currently on vacation and sharing a ton of photos. Jasmine just posted a set of photos on her page. She included photos of herself in a black swimsuit and brown pants, which showed off her baby bump. Jasmine captioned the post, “Olive oil tasting.”

She Drinks Water First Thing In The Morning

Jasmine shared her daily routine in an interview with Grazia. In it, she revealed that she makes sure to keep herself hydrated, and starts first thing in the morning. “The first thing I do is have a glass of water to jump-start my day. I am not always the best with drinking water so I find if I keep a glass near my bed for the morning it’s way easier to get that first glass in.”

She Loves Smoothies

Jasmine likes to make smoothies for breakfast. She shared her favorite recipe with Grazia. “I’m not the biggest breakfast person but lately, I have really been enjoying a smoothie from Gwenyth Paltrow’s cookbook. It’s called the Body Builder Smoothie, filled with protein and daily greens. It’s so delicious and gives me enough fuel to get my morning workout done.”

She Uses Hair Masks

Jasmine has amazing hair, and she likes to uses masks to keep it healthy. “When I’m working out or not on set shooting, I always try to do the least to my hair,” she says to WhoWhatWear. “I love using masks and hair oils. I’m a big fan of K18 Hair because they have amazing products for masking your hair! I just put in a bunch of my favorite products and tie it in a bun to lock in all the moisture.”

She Does Pilates & Weights

Jasmine shared her go-to exercises with WhoWhatWear. “My workout regimen is a mix of Pilates and weight training. I love feeling super strong and really toned, and that’s what I get from the weight training, but I also love the stretching aspect and targeting those tiny little muscles with [reformer] Pilates. My friends always ask me how I get my butt to be high, tight, and really firm, and I always say you have to lift the weights—squats and deadlifts! A lot of girls are scared of that, and I think it should be embraced, even if it’s just twice a week. Try it!”

She Uses A Cleanser

Jasmine shared her go-to skincare products with Glamour. “I’ve been using the Hourglass Equilibrium Cleanser, and I’m obsessed with the texture. It’s super rich and creamy, and it makes my skin feel really calm. I feel like it doesn’t strip my skin of its natural oils, which is great. I find with a lot of other cleansers that my face feels so dry after I use them. So I love that my skin feels nice and hydrated and plump with this one.”
