Jasmine Tookes In Swimsuits Enjoys “La Dolce Vita Summer”

Jasmine Tookes is one of the most gorgeous and successful models of all time. She’s best known for being a Victoria’s Secret model, and began working with them in 2012. Jasmine is also a successful swimsuit model, and recently did a collaboration with Montce Swim. She shared a bunch of photos of herself in different pieces from the line on Instagram, and captioned them, “La dolce vita summer with @montce_swim 🤎 Beyond excited for this collab, and to see all the special places you wear it this summer! hope you love it as much as I do.”
She Separates Her Workouts
Jasmine makes sure to workout her entire body. She revealed to Harper’s Bazaar that she focuses on a different body part to workout each day. “I’ll do one day with legs and abs, lower body. The next day I will do an upper body day. And then one day I always dedicate to my butt. A whole butt day for like an hour. And then I’ll take a break on one day. And then the next day I do a full body. Then I am off the rest of the days.”
She Eats Protein Before & After Working Out
Jasmine shared her go-to pre and post workout meals in her Harper’s Bazaar interview, and both of them contain a lot of protien. “I’ll have a protein shake,” she says. “I normally workout in the morning, so I’ll have a breakfast sandwich or omelet. After a workout, I love to have a lot of protein like grilled chicken, veggies, and rice. Or steak, if it’s in the evening.”
She Works Out With Her Friends
One of Jasmine’s fitness secrets is working out with one of her friends. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that she and her fellow Victoria’s Secret model, Josephine Skriver, often hit the gym together. “Josephine, for example, we workout together all the time. She texts me like, ‘Hey want to go to Dogpound?’ And you like, can’t say no. You feel like, crap! If she’s going I gotta go. You have to find a friend to motivate you.”
She Drinks Water First Thing In The Morning
Jasmine broke down her daily routine in an interview with Grazia. One thing she makes sure to do each day is drink water. “The first thing I do is have a glass of water to jump-start my day,” she says. “I am not always the best with drinking water, so I find if I keep a glass near my bed for the morning it’s way easier to get that first glass in.”
She Washes Her Face With A Cleanser
Jasmine has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared with Grazia that she likes washing her face with a cleanser in the mornings. “To start, I take a towel and soak it in hot water. I then just hold the towel on my face, warming up my skin, before I start my routine. I wash my face with the Equilibrium Rebalancing Cream Cleanser. The texture is rich and creamy and I love that it leaves my skin feeling clean and plump, and not stripped.”
