Jena loves to cook healthy meals for herself and her son. She likes to make healthier versions of her favorite fast-food staples. In this video, Jena shared her chicken sandwich recipe. Jena broke down some of her favorite foods in this video on her YouTube channel. For breakfast, she is seen making avocado toast. Avocados are a very healthy food because they are a source of good fats. Mission Health reports, “Avocado became popular as a health food because of its reputation for containing good fat.
