Jenna Johnson In Bikini Shares “Favorite Costume Ever”

The DWTS pro wore a black, pink, and green outfit on the last show.

Jenna Johnson and her partner, Corey Feldman, might have been eliminated from this season of Dancing With The Stars, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t look good on the show. Jenna wore a brightly colored outfit on the last episode, and channeled Wicked with the color scheme. She wore a green, pink, and black sparkly bikini top, shrug, and fringe skirt with feathers. Jenna shared some photos from the show on Instagram, showing off her legs and abs. She captioned the post, “Dare I say Favorite. Costume. Ever. 💚✨🩷 A quick peek into some backstage moments from show day!!” How did Jenna Johnson get her amazing body? Here are 5 of her diet and exercise secrets.

1

She Gets Enough Protein In Her Diet

Jenna makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her go-to meals and foods with Women’s Health. A big part of Jenna’s approach to eating is getting enough protein, and she tends to do so at dinner. “I’ll have a protein like chicken or quinoa or brown rice, and then always have a side of veggies,” she says. “Broccoli and Brussels sprouts are my favorites right now. If it’s a green color, it’s good for you.”

She Works Out In The Mornings

Jenna makes sure to workout on a regular basis. Her secret? Doing it first thing in the morning. “I know that if I don’t work out in the mornings before my day gets started, I won’t get to the gym at all that day,” Jenna explained to New Beauty. “For me, I have to do it right after I wake up! It gets my day started and helps me to stay motivated for the rest of the day.”

She Loves Kombucha

Jenna makes sure to take care of her gut. She tells Women’s Health that she loves drinking kombucha for this reason. “I found out about probiotics and that’s a huge game-changer for me,” she says. “Kombucha is great for digestion—I drink it at the beginning of the day and sip on it all day.”

4

She Does Cardio

Jenna shared some of her favorite workouts in her New Beauty interview. She says that she does a lot of cardio workouts. “I incline walk/run on the treadmill for 40 minutes and then walk the stair master on level 10 for another 10 minutes. My body needs cardio, so I try to sweat as much as possible. After my cardio, I do three sets of 20 push-ups and then 100 crunches on a medicine ball. I don’t like to use weights (I use my own body weight instead) because I don’t want to bulk! But that’s my own body’s routine and mentality. Find out what works for you and stick to it so it eventually becomes habit!”

She Limits Sugar

Jenna tells New Beauty that she limits sugar in her diet, after realizing she ate too much of it. “I had a hard time admitting to myself that I was addicted to sweets,” she admits. “Once I finally realized that was my vice, I completely cut it out for 30 days to try and clean myself of all processed sugar. After that I slowly incorporated moderate amounts of sugar into my everyday lifestyle. I will definitely treat myself to a sweet treat or dessert, but I am aware that excessive amounts of it are not good for my body.”
