And she’s also a model for Third Love. Jennie shared some highlights from her shoot on Instagram. She captioned the post, “I never thought I’d be doing my first underwear shoot at 53… but here we are! And I’ve never felt more confident, or comfortable in my skin. I’m proud to be part of this moment—not just because it’s a first for me, but because it’s with a brand that genuinely supports women through every phase of life, including menopause.” Here are 5 of Jennie Garth’s diet and exercise secrets.

1

She Does Full Body Workouts

Jennie shared some of her workout secrets in an interview with TODAY. She says that she works with personal trainer, Jason Cohen. Jason has Jennie do full body workouts each day. “He doesn’t do one or the other. So, I’m full body sore the next day, all day, every day of my life.”

She Works Out With Her Daughter

Jennie sometimes hits the gym with her daughter Lola. She shared this video of the two of them working out on Instagram. Jennie captioned the post, “Who needs some motivation today? I know I did this morning! My daughter, Lola, joined me… Do you think she’s still sure I should be working out at 7am? 🤣 Jokes aside, I’m so happy I got this workout in. It’s my favorite way to re-energize during the week💕 What’s your fav time of day to workout?”

She Pushes Herself

Jennie makes sure to push herself in the gym. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different workouts. Jennie captioned the post, “Happy Monday! Here’s some Monday motivation for you. She Works Out In The Morning

One of Jennie’s workout secrets is going to the gym in the mornings. “I used to go in the middle of the day, but that just messed everything up,” she told TODAY. “I am getting up at 6 a.m. every day, and I drive for about 30 minutes to the gym. You just have to schedule yourself (to workout) two hours earlier than whenever your first appointment is.”

5

She Loves Smoothies

In addition to working out, Jennie makes sure to eat a healthy diet. “I am a smoothie person,” she revealed in her TODAY interview. “I love to get it all in a smoothie first thing in the morning, right after I’ve worked out. My quest for the day is protein and fiber. So I’m just looking for any way to get vegan protein and lots of fiber into my diet.”
