Jennifer Aniston is no stranger to shutting down rumors. However, there is one piece of buzz that has been surrounding the Morning Show star for several decades that is undeniable: she is a serious health and fitness nut. Over the years, the now-52-year-old has never shied away from revealing all of her health, wellness, and fitness secrets—from everything she eats to how much and how often she exercises. Here are some of the things she does to look and feel her very best, and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Maintains a Healthy Diet

Consistency is key when it comes to Aniston’s approach to diet. "I don't let eating habits get out of control where I need a reset button," she revealed to Yahoo Food. "My general philosophy is to eat healthy. It's pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep." One of her diet tricks? Eating the same thing almost every day. For example, Courteney Cox once revealed that she and her BFF ate the same exact "Jennifer salad" every day for a decade—a modified Cobb, with garbanzo beans added, and turkey bacon instead of regular bacon.

2. She Makes Hydration a Priority

Aniston once revealed that she drinks a whopping 100 ounces of water (Smartwater, of course) per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!"

3. She Infuses Her Coffee with Collagen

In a recent Instagram video, Aniston showed off her favorite morning beverage: a jolt of java infused with Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. Aniston loves the line so much, she is their Chief Creative Officer. “I’ve always been an advocate for finding wellness from the inside out - and I’m so happy to share the importance of collagen,” she revealed.

4. She Modifies Her Favorite Guilty Pleasures

Similar to her modified Cobb, Aniston swaps unhealthier ingredients with healthier options. Take her beverage of choice for example, a margarita. "It's basically silver tequila with lime juice shaken and over rocks," she told InStyle. "And some people like a little Cointreau, some don't. It's a cleaner margarita. No sugar, no mixes, no agave. I don't like sweet drinks."

5. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

“Variety is key” when it comes to Aniston’s workouts. "Mixing it up is always fun because that way you know you're excited, and it's muscle confusion. It keeps your body awake," she told Women’s Health. Her favorite workouts include cycling, yoga, barre method, Body by Simone and more recently, boxing. "It's the longest workout I've actually stayed with consistently other than yoga," she told InStyle. "There's something about the mental aspect of boxing — the drills, your brain has to work, you're not just sitting on a bike. It's amazing." Additionally, she explains that it is "a great way to get aggression out."

6. She Works Out Almost Every Day

Aniston once revealed to InStyle that she works out five out of seven days a week. "I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week," she told the magazine.

Jennifer Aniston, the beloved star from Friends and a whole roster of hits like The Morning Show and Horrible Bosses, not only dazzles on screen but also rocks her fitness regime. Fresh from a gym session with her buddy—clad in sleek black workout attire and looking absolutely fabulous—she lets us in on how she maintains that enviable physique. Dive in as we uncover five of Jen’s top fitness strategies, complete with stunning snapshots that show just how well they work!

1. She Makes Time For Herself

Aniston shared some of her wellness secrets with Shape Magazine. She says that making time for herself is important to her. "I think it's important. I think you have to have a nice amount of ‘me’ time-whatever it is. Even back [at the start of my career], I'd come home from work and-as corny as it sounds–I would always sit and watch the sunsets because they're so beautiful and it would just be a nice little time to chill out. Now, the morning is my self-care time because it gears me up for the day ahead. For me, that's meditation, which I do first thing when I wake up before I have my coffee, because if I get out of the room I won't sit back down. So I'll start with that to just kind of calm myself before I head out to exercise."

2. She Does Interval Training

Aniston shared some of her favorite workouts with Shape. She says that she does a lot of interval training. "I still love yoga and cardio, but these days it's been interval training. I think muscle confusion and switching it up is important. I work out at Rise Nation [a 30-minute total-body climbing workout] and with my trainer [Rise Nation founder] Jason who just has me carrying really heavy ropes around and throwing medicine balls against walls and stuff. I'd never really done anything like that before, but I love it.”

3. She Takes Fitness Classes

Aniston tells Shape that she likes to take fitness class. “I take the class Taryn Toomey's The Class, which I am in love with because it's sort of a fantastic moving meditation. You get your emotions out, you get your psyche cleaned, you get your body sweating-it checks a lot of boxes. So that's one I'm very into right now. You feel the power of the group energy-it's kind of an extraordinary experience. Not to expose too much, but the first time I did it I was in tears!"

4. She Eats Healthy In The Morning

Aniston shared her typical breakfast with Shape. "I make a quick shake with protein powder, spinach, maca powder, berries, and vitamin C powder I put in there that's pretty good. I'm not a big breakfast person, but I made myself become a breakfast person. I was always one of those people that just didn't eat in the morning but, of course, you're always hearing it's the most important meal of the day so I find that the shake is really good. Sometimes I do a fasted workout and just have a cup of coffee and then go and work out. You actually have more energy than you expect and [burn more calories] because you're dipping into the reserves as opposed to using the food you've just processed and ingested."

5. She’s Living A Healthy Life

Jennifer.AnistonJennifer Aniston/Instagram

Aniston shared some of her secrets for living a healthy life to CR Fashion Book. “I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can. That last part is chal- lenging for me, but it’s so important. I feel it when I don’t get enough rest. In addition to all of that, I try to be really mindful about what I let into my head- space. Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it’s imperative that we turn off the noise.”

1. She Boxes

One workout Aniston loves to do is box. She tells InStyle, "There's something about the mental aspect of boxing – the drills, your brain has to work, you're not just sitting on a bike. Boxing is a great way to get aggression out. You get a mental release of all this crap you're taking into your ears and eyes every day and have little fantasy moments imagining who you're punching."

2. She Keeps It Simple

77th Annual Golden Globe Awards - ArrivalsSteve Granitz/WireImage

For Aniston, wellness means simplicity. She says that this prevents her from getting too obsessive. "I went from being a crazy workout girl to sort of saying, 'My body wants a little bit of a break,'" Aniston shared with Women's Health. "So I kind of stay with more simple stuff, and taking walks and not being neurotic about working out and eating right. I started to enjoy life a little bit more. The only downside to that is there’s that couple extra pounds and about 4,000 pregnancy rumours, but you know, other than that, it feels great."

3. She Intermittent Fasts

26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Aniston likes to practice intermittent fasting when it comes to food. "I do intermittent fasting, so no food in the morning," she once told Insider. "I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours. Fortunately, your sleeping hours are counted as part of the fasting period. You just have to delay breakfast until 10am."

4. She Does Side-Planks

Variety's 2019 Power Of Women: Los Angeles Presented By Lifetime - ArrivalsJon Kopaloff/Getty Images

One type of workout Aniston likes to do is a side plank. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing a side plank while doing a leg extension. This exercise has a lot of benefits. “Side planks help stabilize the spine and improve spine and oblique strength,” exercise physiologist, Katie Lawton, MEd says to the Cleveland Clinic. “For most people, one side is not as strong as the other. Another benefit of side planks is that they help you with that strength imbalance.”

5. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Aniston works with personal trainer, Mandy Ingber, to help her stay in shape. The two do a variety of different workouts during sessions. "With Jennifer Aniston, I would do 30 minutes of spinning, 40 minutes of yoga, incorporating some of my 'hybrid' yoga poses paired with a toning exercise,” she told Healthista. “We would do some power yoga, vinyasa flow and then some yin yoga stretching, and then finish with the infrared sauna."

Jennifer Aniston, one of the most beloved and successful actresses, has been in the spotlight for decades. From her iconic role as Rachel Green on Friends to her current work on The Morning Show, she’s known for her glowing health and fitness. Recently, Aniston shared workout photos on her Instagram stories, showing herself doing planks and a Pvolve class. Here’s how she keeps her body strong and her mind balanced.

1. She Planks

Aniston.3Jennifer Aniston/Instagram

As you can see from her Instagram stories, Aniston does planks to help herself stay in shape. LifeHack states that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “A plank workout is one of the best exercises for strengthening your core. You’ll note that when you maintain the plank posture, your biceps, neck, and shoulder muscles are also put to the test and stretched. This is excellent news if you like to do press-ups because it encourages their growth and development.”

2. She’s Mindful Of What She Eats

Aniston.2Jennifer Aniston/Instagram

Aniston shared some of her wellness secrets with Byrdie. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, specifically that she is mindful of what is in her food. "I’m much more mindful about what I eat and conscious of my ingredients. I try to practice balance by eating a proper amount of protein, vegetables, and water and exercising."

3. She Doesn’t Use Too Much Heat On Her Hair

Aniston.1Jennifer Aniston/Instagram

Aniston tells Byrdie that she doesn’t like to use a lot of heat on her hair. "I try to stay away from heat. Hair dryers, flat irons, and curling irons will destroy your hair, and that's coming from someone who knows. When you're overprocessing, overcoloring, or shooting every day and getting blowouts, it damages your hair. So, I resist heat as much as possible and use a great, healthy shampoo and conditioner along with the LolaVie Weekly Hair Mask."

5. She Doesn’t Beat Herself Up

Aniston.4Jennifer Aniston/Instagram

Aniston revealed to Byrdie that she doesn’t like to push herself too hard when it comes to fitness. "Don't beat your body up physically. Take it easy. It will serve you in the long run—this is your only body. Honestly, I wish I'd discovered Pvolve in my 20s and 30s because I really banged up my body with running at ridiculous speeds, CrossFit training, [and other workouts]. My physical therapist used to say I was her job security. She gave me a Barbie doll with Kinesio tape on every injury she'd treated me for over the last sixteen years, and the whole doll was covered in tape. But with Pvolve's low-impact, functional fitness, you get a major bang for your buck and don't get injured."

4. She Doesn’t Spend Too Much Time In Front Of A Screen

Alarm,Clock,Standing,On,Laptop.,Concept,Of,Work,Hours,,DeadlineShutterstock

Aniston shared one of her biggest self-care secrets with Byrdie. “I try to stay off the computer as much as possible and get into a better brain space with a show or a movie. In general, my most important self-care practice is staying off of my screens and trying not to digest the news as much as I can. There's too much information coming at us all day, and I don't think our brains are designed for this kind of information intake. It sounds cliché, but if I consume too much, my stress levels go up—so my self-care is trying to limit my information intake as much as I can without being left in the dark, which is a lot easier said than done."

I hate social media,” Aniston said. “I’m not good at it.” She added: “It’s torture for me. The reason I went on Instagram was to launch this line,” she explains. “Then the pandemic hit and we didn’t launch. So I was just stuck with being on Instagram. It doesn’t come naturally.”

3. She Embraces Aging

Aniston is embracing aging. “I feel the best in who I am today, better than I ever did in my 20s or 30s even, or my mid-40s. We needed to stop saying bad shit to ourselves,” she said during the interview, talking to herself: “You’re going to be 65 one day and think, I looked fucking great at 53.”

4. She Had a "Challenging" Baby-Making Road

Aniston also opened up about her fertility struggles. “I was trying to get pregnant. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road,” she said. “All the years and years and years of speculation... It was really hard. I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it. I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed.” She added: “I have zero regrets. I actually feel a little relief now because there is no more, ‘Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.’ I don’t have to think about that anymore.”

5. She Believes Resentment Is Toxic

Aniston maintains that “It’s important,” to not hold a grudge. “It’s toxic to have that resentment, that anger. I learned that by watching my mom never let go of it. I remember saying, ‘Thank you for showing me what never to be.’ So that’s what I mean about taking the darker things that happen in our lives, the not-so-happy moments, and trying to find places to honor them because of what they have given to us.”

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
