She Keeps the Fitness Motivation High When Traveling
Motivation is crucial when fitting in a workout sesh on vacation, and Jennifer has no shortage of it—especially with Pvolve at her fingertips.
"What I love is that I can grab a couple of the pieces that I love, and get into a gym, or just stay in the hotel room—wherever I am—and I can just remember and go through the routines on my own," she told InStyle. "Sometimes you just chill, but I also know how great I'm going to feel when I'm done [exercising], and that way I can enjoy my vacation even more. I can indulge in more things, and, you know, treat myself to more little sweets or things that you wouldn't normally have. I just feel better even if it's just 10 or 20 minutes."

She Loves That Pvolve Is Low-Impact
What keeps Jennifer so addicted to Pvolve? The fact that the brands workouts are results-driven and low-impact.
"I started [Pvolve] because I had a lower back issue," Jennifer told InStyle. "And with every other exercise, I've injured myself somehow because it's just either too hard or the impact is too much. And so this was a workout that my girlfriend introduced me to. She said, 'You can really rehabilitate your injury by working around it, so you don't have to sort of sit on the bench while you're healing,' which is usually what would happen. I'd do a workout of some sort, some crazy thing, and then I would pull something, or my knee would go out, or something would happen. And this has just been—knock on wood—the longest I've gone without injury, and I've seen the most results, to be honest."
