Jennifer Garner In Bikini Shows Off Her Synchronized Swimming Skills

Jennifer Garner wears many hats. Actress. Entrepreneur. And we can now add both synchronized swimmer and future Olympian to that list. Jennifer just shared a video on Instagram of herself showing off her artistic swimming skills in the pool. She captioned the post, “Team USA ’28.” How does Jennifer Garner keep herself in shape? She Swims
As you can see from her Instagram post, Jennifer likes to go swimming to keep herself in shape. According to Better Health, the sport has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness, helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs, tones muscles and builds strength, provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.”
She Takes Virtual Fitness Classes
Jennifer likes to do virtual fitness classes each day to keep herself fit. She shared her favorite class in an interview with SELF Magazine. “I come downstairs, have a little coffee, let the dog out, feed the cat—that whole kind of thing. Then I go upstairs and work out—ideally, I do The Limit [which offers dance, HIIT, and toning sessions] over Zoom from New York, and I’ll take a class or do private sessions.”
She Works Out In The Morning
Jennifer has a busy schedule, but she still makes time to workout. Her solution? Working out first thing each day. “In the morning, I just love feeling like I’ve really tested my body,” Jennifer explains to SELF Magazine. “That’s usually how I start my day, unless I’ve made the decision that I’m not going to. But if I have it in my head that I’m going to work out, and then I don’t for whatever reason, I automatically feel off all day.”
She Takes Care Of Her Hair
Jennifer has amazing locks, and she shared her favorite products with SELF Magazine. “When I shower, I’m devoted to using, Virtue Lab products—specifically, the Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner,” Jennifer says. “I don’t know if you’ve ever used Virtue, but, oh my gosh, you definitely have to try it. This brand [which I’m a spokesperson for] has been a game-changer for my hair. The formulas are really excellent and so moisturizing.”

Jennifer makes sure to take care of her skin, and that includes protecting it from the sun.
