Jennifer Garner is one of the most beloved celebrities of all time. She’s an actress, best known for her roles in Alias, Daredevil, 13 Going on 30, and Yes Day. She’s also a spokeswoman for Neutrogena, and the owner of Once Upon A Farm. Garner recently met up with Tiler Peck, and the two did some dancing. Garner shared some photos on her Instagram story of the two of them. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jennifer Garner stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.


1. She Dances

As you can see from her recent post, Garner likes to dance. According to Better Health, dancing has a lot of benefits. “Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits including: Improved condition of your heart and lungs. Increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness. Increased aerobic fitness. Improved muscle tone and strength. Weight management. Stronger bones and reduced risk of osteoporosis.”

2. She’s Comfortable With Herself

Garner tells WhoWhatWear that she is extremely comfortable with herself. “I just want to look like myself. I can't say that I'm particularly gutsy with my beauty choices either in what I wear—clearly [laughs]—or in makeup and hair. I mean, I did chop all my hair off. In that way, I just wanted something fresh and different, and that felt really, really good. But for the most part, I want to look like the best version of me that I can. So I'd rather take care of my skin and give my hair every bit of advantage it can. Really, for everything, it's just about moisture. That's true of your hair. It's true of your skin. It's really just how much moisture can you pack in and repair the cells you have.”

3. She Washes Her Face Each Night

Garner has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her favorite tips and tricks in an interview with WhoWhatWear. Garner says that she makes sure to wash her face each night. “That sounds like a really great way to start. I have always, always, always washed my face at night no matter what, even if I don't have makeup on. I like to go to bed with clean skin. I want it working for me while I sleep.”

4. She Uses Retinol

Garner has her favorite skincare products that work for her. She tells WhoWhatWear that she likes to use retinol on her face, and she shared her favorite retinol product. “I'll use retinol,” she says. “The Rapid Wrinkle Repair is what I use because it's around, and I have it. I've learned that I can trust it, and I don't need to go fancy. I just really stick with what I know and trust.

5. She Wears SPF

Garner has fair skin, so it is important for her to protect her skin from the sun. She tells WhoWhatWear that she uses a sunscreen each day. “I would start with SPF. You've got to have your SPF on. As a matter of fact, I like to layer it a lot, but the Hydro Boost moisturizer during the day has an SPF of 50. So if nothing else, then you know you're golden. If I have five minutes, I could get totally ready in five minutes.”
