Jennifer Lopez In Workout Gear Says, "Glow Tomorrow"

Jennifer Lopez has always been known for her amazing figure, and she's never been afraid to show it off. A recent Instagram post of hers proves it. Jennifer shared a set of snaps of herself posing in workout gear in front of a mirror. She wore a gray cropped sweater, green pants, a matching New York Yankees hat, and white sneakers. Jennifer's amazing midriff was on display. She captioned the post, "Push today so you can glow tomorrow."
She's Meticulous
Jennifer works with trainer David Kirsch to keep herself in shape. He talked about what it's like working with her in an interview with Vogue. David says that the singer and actress is super dedicated to her wellness. "Jennifer is meticulous about her eating, sleeping and generally about everything in her life," he says. "It's not just a physical thing—it's about transforming every aspect of your life."
She Does Platypus Walks

Jennifer has amazing legs, and she does a lot of lower body workouts to keep it that way. David revealed in his Vogue interview that one of her go-to moves is the platypus walk. "Jennifer and I do a lot of platypus walks with a wide stance. Also known as a sumo walking squat," he says. "It's great for your inner thighs and butt." David also shared this video on Instagram of Jennifer doing them during one of their sessions.
She Does High-Energy Workouts
David pushes Jennifer hard during their sessions together. "We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full body, core and lower body into her workouts," he said to Vogue. "They are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me. You say, 'we're going to do this', and she's like, 'great!' Her workouts are fast paced. She's very focused and high energy."
She Circuit Trains
Jennifer shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with People. She says that she loves doing circuit training. "I also do circuit training with David Kirsch when I'm in New York. We do hour-long circuits at least three times a week. Its full-body training — so planks, pushups, boxing — really everything. It's all about changing it up and keeping your body guessing."
She Eats Healthy
Jennifer makes sure to eat a healthy diet, and this doesn't just help with her figure. She tells People that eating healthy and drinking water also help with her skin. "Sorry, it's true! I think drinking lots of water and fresh foods with lots of fruits and vegetables (I keep [them] with me at all time.) all play into the quality of skin's appearance."
