Jennifer Lopez is living la dolce vita on a beautiful, sun-soaked vacation in Italy. Lopez, 54, shared pictures of herself relaxing on a sun lounger in a white bikini, completing her effortless look with gold hoop earrings and a bronze hat and sunglasses. Next to her was an ice bucket with bottles of her Delola brand sparkling Italian spritz. “Back in my element,” she captioned the social media post. How does she look so incredible at 54? 1. Working Out No Matter What

Lopez works out first thing in the morning, no matter how busy her schedule. “It’s no secret that fitness is a very important part of my life,” she says. “I think there’s a positive correlation between exercise and mental health. When you find a good balance through determination and focus, we’re naturally pushing to be the best version of ourselves. I try to make good choices and balance my time. I’m always evolving and looking for things that keep me excited and motivated. I’m not afraid to challenge myself, so I’m open to pushing myself, which is what I’m doing right now as I rehearse for my new album, [This Is Me… Now], coming out this summer.”
2. Tracy Anderson Approved

Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson has spoken about Lopez’s impressive work ethic. “Working out with her, it’s kind of remarkable because she is so hardworking and she has such a good attitude,” Anderson says. “She’s got great energy. She’s positive and giving. She’s just an awesome woman. She shows up so matter what, she takes the time seriously, she knows her body, she wants to be herself. She knows that putting in the hard work to get her workout in is part of it. She never comes in and doesn’t have energy, doesn’t have focus, doesn’t have appreciation. She does what she wants when she wants.”
3. Holistic Trainer Sessions

When she’s not working out with Anderson, Lopez trains with holistic weight trainer David Kirsch, authors of The Ultimate New York Body Plan. “I like the balance that the two different trainers give me," Lopez says. "They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body.”
4. Prioritizing Sleep

Lopez swears by at least 7 hours of sleep a night. “We don't value sleep,” she says. “We value grinding and working hard - and admittedly, nobody gets caught up in that rat race more than me. I've found however, that sleep to me is the most underrated beauty secret out there. It's one of the tenets of JLo Beauty and part of my 5S's: Sunscreen, Serum, Supplements, Sano and SLEEP! Getting at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night can be a game changer.”
5. Daily Affirmations
Lopez believes in the power of daily affirmations. "Right outside my shower I have a little box of affirmation cards,” she says. “This is the affirmation card I pulled out today, it says, 'Your success and happiness lies in you. Resolve to keep happy and you and your joy and you shall form an invincible host against difficulties.' I'm going to resolve to keep happy no matter what. It's a promise you make to yourself. My success and my happiness lie in me. I feed my soul with an affirmation, not looking at my phone yet. Just setting myself up right for the day with the right intentions and the right thoughts, feeling positive."
