Jennifer Lopez Stuns In Multiple Outfits While Hosting The AMAs

Jennifer Lopez showed off her hosting skills at this year’s American Music Awards. Not only did she give us an epic performance, she also had several outfit changes. Jennifer shared a highlight reel on Instagram off all the looks she wore that night. They included a tan halter dress with cutouts, a strapless blue dress, and a silver number with a fringe skirt and rhinestones. Jennifer’s impressive figure was on display with each outfit. She Eats Natural Foods
Jennifer works with her trainer, Tracy Anderson, on her diet. Tracy revealed to People that Jennifer’s diet is composed of mostly natural foods. “I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she’s doing. It’s all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food.”
She Works Out Consistently
Exercise is something that Jennifer prioritizes. “Working out is a choice that I make every day, and I feel that it unlocks the best version of myself,” she tells POPSUGAR. “I’ve had to perform at a high level for many years, so it’s important to find the right balance to go harder and to get better without compromising things that are important to me.”
She Protects Her Skin From The Sun
Jennifer is known for her seemingly ageless face, and many wonder what she does to take care of it. She shared with Us Weekly, as reported by HollywoodLife, that one of her secrets is protecting her skin from the sun. “I’m rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen. I’ve never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself.”
She Gets Enough Sleep
Another of Jennifer’s wellness secrets is getting enough sleep each night. “I love a good nine or 10 hours, but I can never get that,” she told Us Weekly, via HollywoodLife. “So seven or eight is mandatory. [If I don’t get it] I just don’t feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time.”
She Stays Hydrated
Jennifer makes sure to stay hydrated each day. She talked about this in her POPSUGAR interview. “Incorporating hydration into my day is a top priority for me as it helps me perform my best. For me, hydration is key to keep me going and have energy to do everything I am asking my body to do.”
