In it, she ran and hung out with her crew. Somi wore a black tank top and pants in one post, and a black jacket and white top in the others. How does she stay so fit? According to MSMAP, taekwondo has a lot of benefits. “Obvious benefits are seen almost immediately with improved balance/posture, flexibility, strength, coordination, and aerobic fitness. These characteristics are essential for taekwondo success. Longer term benefits include the ability to apply these characteristics to other activities. For example, using a baseball bat for power or percentage; swinging a golf club or tennis racket well; or, handling a soccer ball through several defenders.”

Somi likes to do Pilates to stay in shape. She shared this TikTok of herself doing exercises. The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of health benefits. “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength. Having a strong, aligned core makes it easier to have good posture — a seemingly small change that can positively impact many areas of your life.”
