"For me an all round work out is the best, I do a little regime for my tummy," Jess told Daily Star. "You can do it at home, you just lay flat on your back, lift your legs up in the air to 90 degrees and then use your stomach muscles to lift the hips, then crunches and do it like a little circuit."

Jess also eats healthy and avoids bloating foods. "I find however when it comes to having a flat tummy, diet is really the most important thing, as my fat stores around the stomach," she told Daily Star.

She Exercises Three to Four Times a Week

Jess is a big believer in "no pain, no gain" when it comes to working out. "I try to work out three to four times a week, although it can fluctuate with work commitments," she told Daily Star.

She Runs

Jess also understands the importance of getting her heart rate going. "I'll always do a 20-minute run for a warm up and cardio," she told Daily Star. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

She Strength Trains

Jess also does a variety of strength training exercises, like squats, jumping lunges, and weighted donkey kicks. "My favourite is the squat machine but I'll also do arms. I hate doing my arms because I'm weak, but it's something I really need to work on," she told Daily Star.

She Maintains a Vegan Diet

"I've recently become vegan, I would get a bad tummy all the time, so I tried cutting out meat and dairy and I feel amazing now," she told Daily Star. "It's one of the best things I've ever done. It can be hard eating out but there is always options."
