Life’s a beach for Jess Glynne in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the singer and her girlfriend, Alex Scott, show off their amazing bodies in bathing suits while enjoying a tropical vacation. “Follow That Dream. 2024… I hear you’re serving greatness,” she captioned the Instagram post with her followers. How does the Hold My Hand singer approach health and fitness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. Hydration

Jess drinks a lot of water. “As a singer, it's so important to be healthy and have a great stamina, and be hydrated,” she told Glamour. The Mayo Clinic explains that hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
2. Exercise
Exercise is a non-negotiable for Jess – even while she is traveling. "If I'm on the road, I make sure I get up in the morning and go for a jog or do some stomach stuff," she said. "Or when we're doing a sound test, do something around the venue. I can't always be that strict, but I try as much as I can. But after everything that's been going on [with the surgery] - I want to be fit and healthier."
3. Sobriety

Jess doesn’t drink. Why is sobriety a great option? Aside from the potential addictive nature of alcohol, beer, wine, and other spirits are usually high in calories and can damage your health in other ways. "I don't really enjoy it,” she says.
4. Balanced Diet
Jess doesn’t seriously restrict herself when it comes to food, but she tries to eat healthy most of the time. “100% conscious of my diet. But I love chocolate,” and maintains a balanced diet. “I'm not one of those people who says, 'I don't drink, and I just drink water, and I only eat green.'"
5. Fitspiration
Many celebrities have their fitspiration in the form of another star. However, the singer maintains her fitness hero is a little closer to home. "My dad is obsessed with fitness to this day. He goes to the gym every single day. He goes at stupid o'clock in the morning as well. And he's 62,” she told Female First. "He's amazing and super healthy. Since I was a kid he's always wanted me to be an athlete, he wanted me to be in the Arsenal team. I've grown up loving all kinds of sports. I was on the football team, netball team, basketball team, all of that, I've always tried to maintain that kind of fitness."
