Jess Glynne Shows Off Abs, Says “Life Has Changed”

Jess Glynne is having an amazing year, with her song “Hold My Hand” going viral on TikTok. She just shared a new carousel post on her Instagram, and she looked amazing in the photos. In one, Jess posed in a white t-shirt and sweatpants in front of a mirror. She showed off a hint of her rock-hard abs. Jess captioned the post, “Life has changed a lot recently, however I haven’t changed the way I live it!” Here are some of Jess Glynne’s secrets to looking amazing.
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Jess has amazing skin. She shared some of her favorite products in an interview with New Beauty. “Love all the new Isamaya range and I am also obsessed with Sisley recently. I love the Illuminare and the Hydra Global Serum. The Eye Contour Mask is also amazing.”
She Eats Healthily
In an interview with the Grammys website, Jess was asked how she finds moments of Zen in her life. One way she does so is by eating healthily. “By having the right people around me. By having the right food and the right schedule. That’s the most important thing really for me. I do try to eat healthily as much as I can.”
She Meditates
Another way Jess finds moments of Zen in her life is by practicing meditation. “I don’t really do yoga,” she said to the Grammys website. “I like to meditate a little bit and chill out. It’s definitely important to have a lot of time to yourself.”
She Drinks Water
Jess makes sure to keep herself hydrated each day. “I’m such a bad rock ‘n’ roller,” she joked with Female First. “I would choose water over an alcoholic drink. Drinking for me affects my voice so much. I’ve been through a lot with my voice and I worry a lot about it … I’ll finish a gig, I’ll get my steamer, put my pyjamas on and drink loads of water.”
She Takes Care Of Her Voice
Since she’s a singer, Jess has to take care of her voice. She shared what works for her in her Grammys website interview. “Well, I’m just a lot more aware of what affects my voice and what’s dangerous and what’s not good for it. And how to look after it – drinking a lot of water and constantly doing my exercises, making sure that I warm up and I warm down and I don’t over use my voice. And making sure that I have days off and I rest and I don’t constantly work 24/7. Especially when you’re doing festivals. It’s so easy to do a gig and then get rushed off to do a load of promo. And obviously you need to warm down and look after yourself.”
