Jessica confirmed the split in an Instagram post. "I've been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash," she wrote on January 16. "I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it's now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals."

In 2023, Warren confessed that prior to tying the knot, he and Jessica briefly separated. He told Jana Kramer on "Whine Down with Jana Kramer" podcast that he was "really jealous of other guys and the attention that she was getting from other guys,” while they were dating. "It just wasn’t making me feel good," he said. "I was always a pretty confident person… And next thing you know, I’m looking up and just feeling jealous all the time. I was like, I hate feeling like this, it doesn’t make me feel good, and I know it doesn’t make you feel good," he said. He added that he felt like he was "turning into an a--hole” and so they broke up. “And during that time apart, I was just, like, if we ever got back together – I, like, made a promise to myself to channel that in a different way, into a more productive way."

During an interview on Katherine Schwarzenegger's Instagram show, "Before, During and After Baby” in 2021, Alba confessed that marriage wasn’t always a fairytale. “When I was younger, I thought I could save the world,” Gomez tells Fast Company. “It breaks my heart to hear a girl come up to me and say, ‘I was so close to taking my life, but when I watched your documentary, I couldn’t imagine doing that anymore.’ That’s the coolest gift, but yeah, look at me . . . ,” she said crying. “It’s crazy to have that responsibility.”

2. In 2016 She Checked Into a 90-Day Treatment Program

She struggled with her mental health and ended up canceling the final leg of her Revival tour in 2016. She got help, checking herself into a 90-day stint at a treatment facility in Tennessee. Then, the following year she underwent a kidney transplant after a lupus diagnosis.

She didn’t discuss her mental health until 2020, revealing in a one-on-one conversation with Miley Cyrus on Instagram Live that she’d been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. “I went through a really hard season. It was my highs and my lows, and I didn’t know what to do, so I couldn’t control it. I would want to cancel things. It was just a tormented feeling. That’s why, when I found out my diagnosis, it was just, ‘Oh, okay, I feel a bit relieved, I understand a bit more.’ I got second opinions. I went to doctors. I’m fortunate enough to be able to have people who can help me survive every day.”

“I grew up being a people pleaser,” she continued. “I had a responsibility at a very young age—young people were looking up to me. I didn’t know who I was. Having that responsibility would make me walk on eggshells a lot. I thought maybe it would be damaging to tell people who I am. It started to become a threat that freaked me out. Well, if you’re not right, then you can’t work.”

She says she needs seven or eight hours “to function.” “Create a room that's ideal for sleeping. Often, this means cool, dark and quiet. Exposure to light might make it more challenging to fall asleep. Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep.”

2. Melissa Gorga

Melissa Gorga shared this beach photo on Instagram with her fellow Real Housewives of New Jersey stars. When it comes to her diet, Gorga says that she doesn't like to do restrictive diets. "I never do fad diets," she says Women’s Health. "I feel like I do a lot better with my own routine. It’s worked for me forever." Gorga also says that she prioritizes consistency with her diet and exercise. "I feel better when I eat healthy. If I don’t work out for a week or two, I feel miserable."

"I realized that it was gonna just go so dark so quick," she says. “I'm quite the pessimist in general,” she told Dead Talk Live when asked about whether or not she thought Yellowjackets would get a second season. (It has.) “Like I'm never satisfied with any of the work that I do. So I was quite skeptical. But the show runners and everyone that was working on the project, they kept telling us towards the end of the shoot, how amazing the first episodes were and how the response to it was great. And they were very confident that the show would get the amount of love and respect that it got. I was skeptical. But it's hard to say when you're in it, when you're shooting it, there's always little things that you see that other people don't….I mean, I'm still kind of shocked at the amount of love we've been getting.”

Why did Yellowjackets become such an immediate smash? “I think it's because it's mostly a bunch of women and that's something we're not used to seeing,” she told Dead Talk Live. “We're used to seeing groups of people and, and we know that men are strong and capable of such cruelty and aggressivity. And that's not expected of women. We're not used to seeing women's darker side and flaws. And I think that that's what makes the show so unique and, to see how strong women are together, when we work as a team and as a group were kind of undefeatable and I think that's what's so amazing about the show.”

Playing a young Melanie Lynskey, “For me, it wasn't that difficult because if you look at it from a character point of view, my character, when she's set in the wilderness or at any time, actually doesn't know what's gonna happen ahead of her,” she told Dead Talk News. “So I try not to let anything that's written of my older self affect my character, the way I play things, because Shauna doesn't know what events are about to happen. She doesn't know if she's gonna kill someone. She doesn't know what's to come. So I kind of try to just take it day by day. Obviously now that I've seen the first season and, and seen how Melanie plays Shauna, there are little things that I've picked up on, like the way she clenches her lips together sometimes, or the way she just plays certain lines, the dark humor that she brings to it. Those are definitely things that I'm gonna try to incorporate in the second season, if I have a chance.”

To play a young Shauna, “I had to go through obviously some physical changes because I'm blonde with blue eyes and in the show I've” got brown hair “with brown eyes. And I also noticed when we first started talking that we have quite a different like pitch in her voice, like she speaks way higher and I speak quite lower. So we kind of had to adjust to sort of meet in the middle and kind of, sort of sound the same.”

5. Here’s Why She Became an Actor

“I kind of fell into acting when I was young because my brother wanted to become an actor,” she said at the Toronto International Film Festival way back in 2016. “And at the time I was doing gymnastics, so I kind of just started acting a bit to get money, to pay for the travel expenses. And recently I was sitting down because I needed to find what I needed to study after I finished high school and I was looking at all these different jobs and I was like, nothing is as interesting as like acting. And I was like, there's nothing that fits with my personality as much as acting. I was like, being an actress: It makes me travel. It makes me meet different people every day. And the kind of the routine of like a job that you do the same thing every day, that really bugs me. And with acting, I don't have that. It's always something different and something new. And so I discovered that I really wanted to be an actress, only like three months ago.”

“It's been absolutely overwhelming. I'm just so grateful that I even went on a show,” she told Lorraine. “It is such a successful show. I didn't think I'd find the love of my life and ended up finding the perfect man, not just the perfect body, but just didn't realize, hey, when you leave the villa that you have no idea what's going on. I had no idea. I had this love and this support and I just want to be thankful to everyone. Even my haters, I love them as well. Even if there is that, I'm just over the moon. It's been really busy. Just all these projects lined up…It's just all surreal. I don't even know what to say. That's how excited and happy I am.”

2. She Says Her Relationship Was Real

“It was all real though in there,” she said to Lorraine. “It was. And that's why I was shocked when we won because we forgot it was a show at one point. We were like, if this relationship isn't working, I felt like walking at one point and I felt like if it's not going to work, I don't want anyone else. And he felt the same. And then when we were towards the final, we were like, wait, this is a show. What? There's a final, what's going on? And we were so grateful to even be fourth, third, whatever it was. Everyone we thought were winners. So yeah, I still can't believe that.”

She felt comfortable on screen because the cameras, “they're so hidden. These cameras, you don't know where they are. You can't pretend or act on there. If you were to act, it would happen for two days and your mask would fall off. Then you're yourself. And in Casa Moore, obviously there was a moment, I dunno, I'm going to say this. Medics came. I had a mini panic attack, I was thinking, oh no, what's Davide doing in Cass Amor? Is he with someone else? And the medics were like, it's fine. Just relax.” She took deep breaths.

4. She Really Was in Shock

When she won, she really was “shocked. When I say my heart, my heart was beating. It was coming out of my chest. I genuinely thought everyone's winners. I didn't really expect anything. And then when our names were called, I was like, is this a dream,” she said on Loose Women.

5. ”In Relationships, You Make Mistakes”

“In relationships, you got to make mistakes,” she said on Loose Women. “You got to know it's right. You have to have these tests, and in real life, whether you have a normal job day-to-day walking on the street, you have to trust your partner and there's going to be people who are going to try it on you. And I feel like Casa Amor was that big test and the fact that whether Davide came back alone or not, that was a test for him.”

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”
