Jessica recently took a vacation with her family, and they are spending time by the beach. She shared some highlights from the trip on her Instagram, including a selfie of herself sunbathing. In it, Jessica wore a white bikini top with black and brown spots on it, giving her followers a peek at her impressive figure. How does she stay so fit? She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Jessica's trainer, Ramona Braganza, shared some of the actress' workout secrets with Harper's Bazaar. She says that in order to challenge Jessica and keep her interested, she switches up the workouts they do. "Mixing up evenings and mornings is a good idea for variety, and also allows for proper recovery. "To keep the workouts interesting for Jess, I mix up the strength training exercises in a variety of ways. Sometimes it's reps and others it's timings."

She Recovers

Ramona tells Harper's Bazaar that Jessica makes sure her body has time to recover, and shared her go-to secrets. "Epsom salt baths, massages and meditation all help Jess unwind, as well as time with friends during recovery days," Ramona says. "The most important thing to Jessica for recovery after workouts is to stretch and using her Theragun. Sore muscles will prevent good workouts the next day and she has learned how to take care of that through self-massage."

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Jessica shares a lot of her favorite workouts on her Instagram. One thing she likes to do is ride a stationary bike. Jessica posted this video of herself taking a Peloton class. According to research from Penn State Pro Wellness, using a stationary bike has a lot of benefits. "Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles."

She Runs On The Treadmill

Jessica shared some more of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. She captioned it, "Some big mid-week energy." One thing Jessica is seen doing in it is running on the treadmill. This is very beneficial. Research from Healthy Talbot states, "Treadmills provide outstanding cardiovascular exercises, which can significantly enhance your heart health. She Does Romanian Deadlifts

Another workout that Jessica is seen doing in the previous Instagram video is Romanian deadlifts, or RDLs, with a barbell. According to NASM, this exercise can be very beneficial for your lower body. "A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts."
