The actress shared some end-of-summer highlights on Instagram.

Jessica Alba had a great summer, and her recent Instagram post proves it. She shared a new carousel post of some of the activities she did with her family on her page. In one photo, Jessica is seen going for a dip in the pool, and wore a black bikini. Her amazing figure was on display. In another photo, Jessica took a selfie of herself outside, and wore a brown bikini. She captioned the post, “& that’s a wrap – ✌🏽 out summer.” How does Jessica Alba maintain her bikini body? She Loves Making Salads

Jessica makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One thing she likes to eat is salads. Jessica included a video of herself making one in her Instagram post. In it, she included cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese.

She Swims

Jessica likes to swim to keep herself in shape. In her Instagram post, she is seen in the pool. According to Better Health, swimming is a great way to keep yourself fit. “Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.Swimming is a good all-round activity because it:

  • keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body
  • builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness
  • helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs
  • tones muscles and builds strength
  • provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.”

She Does Pilates

Jessica also included a photo of herself doing Pilates exercises in her Instagram post. According to research from The Cleveland Clinic, it has a lot of health benefits. “Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Jessica has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed to E! News that one of her secrets is keeping her skin moisturized. “Hydration is where it’s at when it comes to my skincare routine. For me, it is key all the time but even more so when the seasons are changing. In the fall, my skin tends to be on the drier side.”

She Uses A Face Mask

Jessica loves using face masks on her skin in the mornings. “It’s all about multi-tasking over here for this mama,” she tells E! News. “So when I wake up, I slather the Prime + Perfect Mask on my face as I’m brushing my teeth. While it’s doing it’s magic, I’ll have my coffee, make the kids breakfast, and as it’s time for them to eat, it’s time to rinse off the mask and apply my serums and moisturizers.”
