The actress started working with trainer Ramona Braganza since her role in the film Honey, according to Women's Health. Ramona shared one of her favorite core circuits in an Instagram video. The full workout is only three minutes long, and it appears to be a total game-changer.

The core workout is super simple and quick, and the only equipment needed is a dumbbell. It is a set of three exercises performed at one minute each with zero breaks between each move.
To begin, Ramona does seated side-to-side leg lifts over the dumbbell. She keeps her knees together and her hands clasped in front of her chest; however, Ramona tells her followers that they can place their hands on the ground if necessary. Next, Ramona performs alternating dumbbell plank taps. She gets in a plank over the weight and picks up each hand to tap the top of it. She finishes off with a set of bicycle crunches, making sure to keep her legs raised over the dumbbell.
This three-minute set isn't just great at sculpting your abs; it can also boost your stamina. In the caption, Ramona encourages her followers to push themselves.
"Build your stamina by doing 1 minute of each of these without taking a break. Being uncomfortable is the lifeblood of toughness, so dig deep and stay on it my friends," she wrote. Her followers praised the workout in the comments section.

Ramona shared this video on Instagram of one of their sessions together. In it, Jessica does the circuit twice. Ramona praised the actress in the post's caption, writing, "Let's do this @jessicaalba who always delivers what I dish out and she never complains ! Ok well maybe a little but doesn't everyone ! The main thing is you do it or at least try and when you Try amazing things happen!"

What It's Like Training Jessica Alba
Ramona shared another video on Instagram with Jessica, where the two chat about training together. "It's important to do fitness," Jessica says, with Ramona adding, "And stretching, and all that other stuff."
The duo has been working together since Jessica was 17. "That's why it works, because she's done it consistently for her entire life," Ramona says.
In the clip, the actress points out that she always had some kind of injury, but her knees are perfectly fine now.
The celeb trainer captioned the post, "It's Fitness Friday here's a flashback conversation we were having about exercise and how sometimes we get injured but what is important is to have patience and eventually things will get back on track with proper rehab and time."

In a Women's Health interview, Ramona shared what it's like working with Jessica Alba. She said, "To keep the workouts interesting for Jess, I mix up the strength training exercises in a variety of ways," adding, "Sometimes it's reps and others it's timings."
The actress also loves doing outdoor exercises. "Sometimes when the gym is absolutely not what Jessica wants, we will go outside and walk the hills near her home," Ramona explained.
