Nutrition

"The truth is that since I was little I have always led a healthy life in terms of nutrition,” Jessica told Vogue España. She knows the importance of " a good breakfast to start the day with energy,” eating first thing when she wakes up. “I don't have a fixed breakfast,” she says. "One day I fancy milk with cereal, another day a nice natural juice."

Fruit Soup and Chocolate

One of Jessica’s healthy favorites? Fruit soup. “I recently discovered watermelon, tomato and strawberry soup , and I loved it!" she told Vogue. Her guilty pleasure? “I'm a sucker for milk chocolate, like most people, I guess!" she said.

Baths

Jessica indulges in self-care. Hot soaks in the tub are one of her go-to rituals. "If I have time, I like to take a bath to relax,” she told Vogue. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Sleep

She also tries to “get more sleep,” she told Vogue. Her nighttime ritual? “Relax in bed, answer some pending emails and check out a bit of Instagram. Oh! And, above all, make sure to set the alarm for the next morning,” she said. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z’s is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

Exercise

She also works out. “I have always liked sport, although I don't do as much as people think or as much as I would like," she told Vogue. She enjoys jogging on the beach and racquet sports. “A few weeks ago I discovered paddle tennis and I admit that it's an addiction!" she said. She also enjoys using machines at the gym. "It's what I do the most," she said.
