Jessica Serfaty is a successful model. She first made waves as a contestant on the 14th season of America’s Next Top Model, where she came in 5th place. She recently attended the Met Gala. Serfaty shared a set of modeling photos from Milan on Instagram. In them, she posed in a gray shirt, white bottoms, and white boots. She captioned the post, “7 days of rain to run away from.”

1. She Paddleboards

Serfaty spends a lot of time at the beach. One thing she likes to do is paddleboard. In this set of photos and video she posted on Instagram, she is seen paddleboarding in D Maris Bay. Serfaty captioned the post, “Just out here trying to catch some content & a tan without driving my guy mad.”

2. She Swims

Serfaty also likes to swim. She is seen wading in the water in the previous post. In this set of photos and video she posted from St. Barth, she is seen walking in the ocean. Better Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.”

3. She Snowboards

Serfaty likes to snowboard as a way to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself on the slopes. Serfaty shared these photos and videos of herself snowboarding in St. Moritz. UMC Rochester states that snowboarding has a lot of benefits. “Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles.”

4. She Hikes

Serfaty likes to go on hikes. She is seen doing so in this reel on Instagram. Harvard Health states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking over uneven terrain requires more energy than walking on a level surface, so it burns more calories. If you are hiking uphill, your body has to work even harder. A rigorous hike may offer many of the same physical benefits as interval training, which alternates low- and high-intensity exercise to increase cardiovascular fitness. During a hike, your heart rate goes up as you move up an incline and drops when you head downhill.”

5. She Spends Time With Animals

Serfaty likes to spend time with animals, and she is seen doing so in the previous Instagram reel. The Children’s Nature Retreat states that spending time with animals has a lot of benefits. “Interacting with animals can have positive effects on human behavior and well-being. Studies have shown that spending time with animals can lower stress and anxiety, increase physical activity and social interaction, and boost mood and self-esteem. Additionally, caring for animals can help develop empathy, kindness, and responsibility in individuals.”

Nikki Metzger, a trailblazing fitness influencer and co-founder of BODI, is the epitome of strength and style. Known for blending high-energy workouts with a grounded approach to wellness, Metzger recently turned heads on Instagram, modeling a sleek black workout ensemble from her brand’s collection. In her post, she showcased her dynamic personality and commitment to fitness while emphasizing the importance of balance in life. From playing pickleball with her husband to incorporating pole workouts into her routine, Nikki proves that staying active can also be fun and empowering. Her ability to embrace her multifaceted nature—balancing fierce determination with playful creativity—sets her apart as a true fitness leader.

She Embraces All Sides of Herself

Metzger talked about embracing all sides of herself in the caption of this Instagram post. “Embracing my dual essence: merging the strength of a fierce boss babe with the allure of feminine grace. I have become more guarded over the years, and I crave a sense of openness, playfulness, and freedom that feels lost. As a business owner I have to operate with a lot of masculine get shit done energy, yet I crave to rekindle the soft sensuality that makes me feel the most like me. Adding dance into my life has been one of my favorite ways to reconnect to that side of me. Strength meets sensuality, power meets grace. You feel me?”

She Plays Pickleball

Metzger and her husband like to play pickleball together. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “I'm entering my pickleball era! Who wants to play w Nick and I? We had ourselves a little Thursday morning date! Dropped Mase off at school then walked over to the @phoenicianscottsdale for a pickleball lesson w/ @dinkpositive. Walked home and grabbed our cruisers and rode into oldtown and got breakfast @bcbreakfastclub *also we played on a pickelball court, I just took pics on the tennis court. Don’t come for me 🤣”

She Does Pole Workouts

Another thing that Metzger does to stay in shape is pole workouts. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a routine. Metzger captioned it, “⚡️TRY NOT TO GET DIZZY 😜 3 months into pole and it has been an absolute blast being a beginner and challenging myself to something new! I got a long ways to go but that’s the fun part! Thanks to the ladies @purplepalacepolestudio for being my escape from work, life, stress 🥹🤍🙏🏼”

She Does TRX

Metzger shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. One thing she is seen doing is using TRX cables. These exercises have a lot of health benefits. NIFS states, “There are several benefits to using TRX in your workout. Science proves that it is effective in increasing muscular strength! Here are a few that really stick out: Incorporates nearly every muscle of the human body. If you have ever taken a class or done some of even the most basic exercises, you quickly see that core activation is one of the most important aspects.”

Alissa Violet is a successful influencer and YouTuber. She also has a large following on Instagram. In September, she shared a carousel post of her recent life updates on her account. In the post, Violet is seen spending time with her dogs, hiking, and going to a fitness class. She captioned it, “September.”

She Hikes

Violet is seen hiking in her Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “‘Navigating a winding, wooded trail can help your body build endurance, strength, and coordination,’ says Dr. Edward Phillips, assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School. ‘Hiking over uneven terrain requires more energy than walking on a level surface, so it burns more calories. If you are hiking uphill, your body has to work even harder,’ he says. A rigorous hike may offer many of the same physical benefits as interval training, which alternates low- and high-intensity exercise to increase cardiovascular fitness. During a hike, your heart rate goes up as you move up an incline and drops when you head downhill.”

She Swims

Violet also likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself in a pool. Violet captioned the post, “It’s giving nirvana.” Harvard Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Relatively few people swim on a regular basis, so large studies looking at the benefits of physical activity in relation to cardiovascular health have tended to lump swimming together with other types of exercise. Plenty of evidence points to lower rates of heart disease among people who do regular, moderate- to vigorous-intensity exercise — and swimming laps definitely fits the bill.”

She Goes To Fitness Classes

Violet shared this video on YouTube of some of her favorite workouts. In it, she is seen in a fitness class. According to Iowa State University, group exercise has a lot of benefits. “The highest quality or type of motivation is called intrinsic motivation – you’re doing something because the behavior itself is enjoyable, satisfying or both. If you enjoy exercise and not just the positive feelings you get after you’ve worked out, you are more likely to stick with it. Exercising with other people can supply that enjoyment, even if the activity itself is difficult or otherwise not something you love. Group exercise can turn working out into a fun social activity, which could lead to you continuing to do it.”

She Uses A Treadmill

Alissa Violet jigs on a treadmill.

Alissa Violet/Instagram

In her YouTube video, Violet is seen on the treadmill. Harvard Health states that doing this has a lot of health benefits. "While treadmills may seem boring, they can offer a good alternative for exercise, depending on how you use them," says Dr. Adam Tenforde, with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard-affiliated Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. "There is so much more to treadmills than just 'push the button and start walking.' They also can be helpful for people recovering from an injury or surgery, since you can control the speed and intensity, and they are equipped with handrails for added support when needed.”

She Stretches

Alissa Violet is seen stretching.

Alissa Violet/Instagram

Violet is also seen stretching in her YouTube video. Stretching is very important. Harvard Health states, “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

Jessica Bass James is making an announcement in her exercise clothes. In a new social media post the fitness influencer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece workout set while dropping a new class. “EXCITING NEWS: OUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE CLASSES ARE HERE!” she writes. “We’ve brought back the vibe you loved—just me and you, working out together—just like the old YouTube days! It’s personal, it’s focused, and it’s all about YOU crushing your fitness goals.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Dance

Jessica’s main form of fitness is dance. "Music and movement, which are elements of dance, are known to help improve a person’s mood. It is why when you’re stressed or feeling down, you just want to blast some music and break into a dance. Dancing instantly uplifts your mood and can improve your attitude toward life," reports CPYB.

Strength Training

Jessica does a lot of strength training. Here she is doing one of her gym workouts with weights and exercise bands. It involves a lot of squats, lunges, and ab work. “New week, new goals, and a fresh opportunity to crush them! I always start my day with a workout—it’s not just about fitness, it’s about setting the tone for the day. That time I spend moving clears my mind, sharpens my focus, and fills me with the energy I need to tackle whatever comes my way. Remember, your morning routine can shape your entire week. Take that first step, set your intentions, and watch how the rest of the day follows. Let’s make this week count!” she captioned the post.

Cardio

Jessica also does cardio. “Look who joined me on the stairmaster 😳,” she captioned a video of herself burning calories with her husband. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Protein

Jessica maintains a healthy diet. She focuses on eating clean, taking greens, and prioritizes “getting protein in for the gains,” she writes in a post. According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW), but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

Self-Care

Jessica prioritizes self-care. “This month, I’m embracing the power of moving in silence. Not every goal or dream needs to be broadcasted. Sometimes, the best growth happens when we quietly work on ourselves, away from the noise and distractions,” she wrote in a recent post. “Take care of your body, mind, and soul. Prioritize your well-being in every way possible. Nourish your body with movement and good nutrition, calm your mind with clarity and focus, and uplift your soul with positivity and gratitude. Focus on the now. Stay present and give your all to what you’re doing today. Every small step counts, and before you know it, those steps will lead to incredible progress. Embrace the journey. It’s not just about the destination but the growth and transformation along the way.”

Jessica Olie is a very successful influencer. She is known for her fitness content on Instagram. Olie recently enjoyed a trip to Arizona, and did a lot of hiking there. She shared a post on her page of herself and her boyfriend enjoying the scenery. Olie captioned it, “A sky full of stars 🌌 Hiking up in the dark under the stars was so special, I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many at once 🥹✨ No.7 to see the sunrise at the top of Cathedral Rock, I didn’t think we’d get any pink (wait for it) and then all of a sudden the whole sky changed colour 🌄🙏🏼”

She Hikes

As you can see from her Instagram post, Olie likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself and her boyfriend enjoying a morning hike in Sedona. Olie captioned it, “Exploring the world with you 🥹🌵🥾🌄❤️🔥We hiked up Cathedral Rock in the dark to watch the sunrise at the top and it was one of my favorite things we’ve ever done ✨As we walked up, we watched a sky full of stars slowly turn pink just before the sun came up to say good morning 🌅”

She Strength Trains

Olie does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “When I decided that I wanted to run 57miles (93km) for my Dad for charity in April 2025, I knew my training was going to have to change and running would of course take priority. BUT, my strength training has helped prep my bones and body so nicely for the increase in running and my yoga has of course done wonders for injury prevention. So, I’ve gone from 4 strength sessions a week to 2-3 & 0 runs a few months ago to now 5 x a week.”

She's Consistent

Olie makes sure to workout on a regular basis, no matter how busy her life gets. She shared one of her favorite quick workouts in this Instagram post. Olie captioned it, “To some this might look like an ‘incomplete’ workout, but this is what it looks like when you’re busy and don’t have as much time as normal to train but you still want to get your favorites in and MOVE. So, this is my workout from the other day. It was short, it was sweet and I hit a few of my favorites in 30min. Something is always better than nothing. I always feel better doing what I can with the time I have available to me, even if it looks different sometimes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

Jessica Olie is seen doing a pull-up.

Jessica Olie/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Olie is seen doing pull-ups. Gymless states that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups can give size and strength to your upper body muscles. It allows you to target your lats, biceps, traps, and many more muscles. Practicing this consistently along with other variations that target different muscle groups, inevitably will give you the muscular aesthetics that you’re seeking. A study emphasized this by suggesting that this close kinetic chain exercise is designed to increase the muscular strength and endurance of the upper body and torso.”

She Does Lunges

Olie is also seen doing lunges with a barbell in the previous Instagram post. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, which makes them very beneficial to do. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

Jena Sims is getting her sweat on in her sleek, home gym. In a new social media post the model shows off her amazing figure in a two-piece Alo exercise set during a lower body workout with her trainer, Olivia Figueroa. “Never met a lower body day we didn’t like @jenamsims 🍑🍑🍑🍑 lean, toned, strong, intentional, sexy,” the personal trainer captioned the video clip. These "days are the best days!” added Sims. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

When it comes to building muscle, strength training is Sims go-to method. “I’m not a calm, soothing Pilates, yoga princess. I’m like, ‘Scream at me.’ I want to be dripping sweat,” she continued. “I want loud music, heavy weights. For my body type, I like to lift weights because I don’t need to do a lot of cardio. I find that lifting weights has been the most beneficial,” she told Fox. “I've been working on just upping my weights a little bit,” she added to Daily Mail. “I can get into this sweet spot and get kind of in a plateau of working out, so I upped my weights after seeing her video because I was so impressed by what she did with her fitness. I'm trying to lift heavier. Trying to build a [backside].”

Exercise Classes

Jena enjoys group fitness. “My favorite type of workout is F45,” she told FOX. “It’s just a 45-minute class. And I think I like it so much because they play amazing music and it’s so loud.”

No Diets

Jena doesn’t diet. Even if she has a big shoot or runway show ahead of her, “ all I'm doing is just eating as clean as I can, but I'm still splurging,” she told Daily Mail. “Like, I had four dinner rolls last night at this charity event as well as my meal.”

Barre Workouts

Jena also likes to “mix it up” when it comes to exercise. She loves Pure Barre classes, a fusion of yoga, Pilates, and ballet and a “full body, low impact workout” for everybody, according to the brand. “Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. Regular barre workouts can increase your bone density, which can help prevent conditions like osteoporosis,” adds Barre studio Physique 57.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

We are committed to bringing you researched, expert-driven content to help you make more informed decisions around food, health, and wellness. We know how important making choices about your overall health is, and we strive to provide you with the best information possible.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout?
