Jilly Anais In Bikini For Sports Illustrated is “Sweet Like Honey”

Singer and model Jilly Anais hit the runway with Sports Illustrated for Miami Swim Week. And she channeled her cowgirl with her outfit. Jilly shared some highlights on Instagram of herself modeling, and in them, she wore a strapless dark blue swimsuit, denim cover-up, and a cowboy hat. Her impressive figure was on display. She Eats Healthy
Jilly opened up about her eating habits in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that she makes sure to eat a healthy diet. “I just always watch what I eat. I don’t necessarily have a diet that I stick to but I’m very cautious. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, and I only drink water I don’t drink any juice. I rarely eat junk food, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin & Hair
Jilly has amazing hair and skin, and she makes sure to take care of them. “I just make sure I wash my face very well every day,” she told Women Fitness. “I don’t sleep with my makeup on which is a key factor in having healthy looking skin. And with my hair, I wash it a lot. I deep condition it, which is what helps to make it silky looking. I also drink a lot of water which is good for my hair, nail and skin…it’s the key to having a flawless everything.”
She Uses A Stationary Bike
Jilly shared this full-body workout on her YouTube channel. To start, she uses a stationary bike. Riding a stationary bike is a cardio workout, and that means it has a lot of benefits. According to The Mayo Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “The squat targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles. Strengthening these muscles can help protect your knees and boost your performance in a variety of sports.”

Strength training has a lot of health benefits.
