Julie makes sure to lather on SPF to protect her skin. She told People, "As a responsible parent with three kids who love to be outdoors, I rely totally on a good sunblock," she told People. "I have tried many and my go to is Shade. It keeps working no matter how sweaty or how much time we spend in the water!"
Healthy Diet

Her diet is also on point. She explained to the Toronto Sun that she maintains a healthy and balanced diet. "We definitely try to eat mindfully," she said. "As I always say to my kids, 'You have to eat the good stuff to get the good stuff.'" She added, "remain calm, drink your water, get your sleep and be joyful."

Skincare products are an essential part of her approach. She makes sure to hydrate before traveling. "Before I get on an airplane, which I am doing today, I pile up on the skincare products," she told Hollywood Life. "You couldn't hug me because I would just slip right away from you."

Roberts is a firm believer in taking off her makeup before bed. One of her favorite products is Lancôme's Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover. "A lot of times you take off your eye makeup at night, and the next morning you wake up and look like you already put makeup on! But this formula gets rid of every stitch of makeup," she told Viva
Exercise

Roberts told The Independent that she's not a fan of exercise, but does it anyway. "Accomplishment, clarity, energy, strength, joy…these are all things I give myself through working out, and I can feel it in everything I do," she said. E News maintains that yoga is her workout of choice. She also enjoys pilates, swimming, and plyometrics (jump training). "After 90 minutes [of plyometrics], I'm lying in savasana like, 'Phew! I'm so glad that's behind me!'" she said.
