Dever loves prepping for big red carpet events. “I’m really inspired by my friends, my fellow actors and the make-up looks they bring out into the world,” she says. “I’m always seeing things on Instagram and wanting to try new things. Recently, I’ve been really into doing a little bit of something on the eye and keeping my skin very clean, glowy and young. I don’t ever want to look older than I am, I want to look my age!”

Dever likes a clean, natural look when it comes to style and makeup. “My mom is constantly helping me with everything,” she says. “One thing she always told me was to never pluck my eyebrows, ever, ever, ever. I don’t do anything to my eyebrows now so I’m grateful for that advice! That and wearing sunscreen - I’ve been wearing sunscreen everyday since I was 15 years old. I get dressed up so often, so on the days I don’t have to I'm most likely wearing super baggy clothes, tennis shoes and not a lot of make-up. I’m still trying to to get a smokey eye down, but, if I'm going out with my friends I do winged eyeliner – I've actually got really good at it! I've mastered using a felt tip pen liquid liner.”

Dever preps for big events by relaxing as much as possible. “My plan is to have a long, warm bath and hang out there for a while,” she says. “More coffee probably. Then music is key. I have to put on music. Maybe some John Denver, or I've been listening to a lot of Eric Clapton recently. When the nerves kick in, I might need a quick glass of champagne too…”

4. Proud of Unbelievable

Dever is incredibly proud of her role on Netflix series Unbelievable. "We screened Unbelievable for several congressmen and congresswomen,” she says. “We were trying to get the Debbie Smith [Reauthorization] Act passed, which essentially eliminates rape-test backlog. I could feel that we were making a difference. [The law passed in 2019.] Since Unbelievable came out, I've had so many people sharing their stories with me. It means the world to me."

5. Always Evolving

Dever thrives on being challenged. "I do things that scare me sometimes, but I'm almost addicted to that feeling," she says. “I love mixing it up. I never want to be set in stone with anything I do. There are endless opportunities in this industry, and I'm constantly reminding myself that I can make anything possible for myself."

Skateboarding is an excellent workout that combines cardio, strength, and balance training, explains Beyond the Board. “It's a fun way to get fit, tone muscles, and improve overall health while having a blast!”

2. She Does Strength and Weight Training Workouts

Kaitlyn does strength and weight training workouts. She has trained with Jess Ferra at least once, sharing her workout via an Instagram Story, which ended up on Reddit. She does a series of side shuffles and squats. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

3. She Bakes

Devers loves to bake, anything from cinnamon rolls to cake. “Mama wanted a coconut cake so I made a coconut cake...I recommend baking to lift your spirits...it helps,” she captioned a post.

4. She Walks Her Dog

Kaitlyn has a great workout buddy: Her dog. “Leading the way,” she captioned the post of herself taking the white, fluffy canine for a stroll. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

5. She Jet Skis

During her summer lake vacation the actress went jet skiing with her friends. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Kendall told Glamour UK that she felt pressured into getting Botox after being told she was “old looking” during a photo shoot. "I was on a shoot – I won’t say what for – but the photographer and the client who had booked me were sat at the laptop screen and kept saying over and over again: ‘she’s quite old, we will have to airbrush her around her eyes, we maybe needed someone with a fresher face’, so I did actually go out and get Botox,” she said. "It will wear off so I’m not bothered but I don’t think I would get anything permanent; I think I would be a bit stronger now.”

2. She Eats “A Little Bit of Anything”

Kendall confessed that her diet “isn’t the best” to Glamour UK. “I just eat a little bit of anything I want. I have a real sweet tooth,” she said.

3. She Paddleboards

Kendall loves burning calories while on vacation. During a recent vacation in Ibiza, she went paddleboarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Oral hygiene is important to Kendall. She explained to Glamour UK that while she has been accused of having veneers, her bright whites are the result of her routine. "I just use a gel from my dentist to keep them looking white, and I brush twice a day."

Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs.
