Kaitlyn Bristowe In Bikini Isn't At "Stagecoach"

The Bachelorette stunned on Instagram

Kaitlyn Bristowe has become one of the most famous alumni from Bachelor Nation. She first came into prominence 10 years ago on The Bachelor, before becoming the lead on that year's Bachelorette season. Kaitlyn then began a podcast Off The Vine, competed on Dancing With The Stars, and even hosted the tour. She recently took a trip to Florida, and shared highlights on Instagram. In them, Kaitlyn wore a blue floral bikini top and green floral bottom, denim shirt, sunglasses, and a trucker hat. She poked fun at missing the Stagecoach music festival in the caption, writing, "Not stagecoach. Let me know if you got got at the end ….."

She Has Fitness As A Big Priority In Her Life

Fitness is a big priority in Kaitlyn's life. "I have always been a very healthy person," she said to ELLE Canada. "I started dancing when I was three years old, and was dancing at least six times a week until I was about 19. Then I moved to Vancouver where I was cheerleading and dancing a few times a week. I moved to Germany when I was 26 for a relationship; he played hockey and I was kind of following his life and not doing any sort of exercise. That's when I realized I needed fitness in my life. I wasn't dancing anymore. I had never stepped foot in a gym to lift weights, so that was very intimidating."

She Works Out On The Road

Kaitlyn makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She shared her secrets for exercising while traveling to ELLE Canada. "If I am just there for a couple days, I pack one cute outfit and then all of my Reebok clothes so that I am ready to workout when I can. At the airport I make sure I am not taking the tram to each gate and I will walk. I try and be very cautious of making small decisions and small goals for myself to keep me active."

She Meditates

Kaitlyn shared some of her favorite ways to get more sleep each night to Us Weekly. "I like to get in a zone where I'm really calm, have my tea, maybe do a meditation," she said. "I don't know if anybody needs a recommendation for a meditation app, but Insight Timer is my personal go-to. There's something for everybody on there."

She Has A Nighttime Routine

Another thing that helps Kaitlyn get enough sleep is having a nighttime routine. She says to Us Weekly that this especially helps when she's traveling. "It's always so important to me to keep a routine. It helps me sleep at night. Whenever I get to a hotel, I want flowers and candles. I want to feel like I'm home again."

She Uses Vitamin C On Her Face

Kaitlyn has amazing skin, and she shared some of her favorite products in her Us Weekly interview. "I love a vitamin C serum," she said. "This is Strategy The A Retinal Serum. This helps with texture of skin, fine lines, wrinkles, smoothness, everything," the Spade and Sparrows founder noted. "I noticed a difference after five days of using it. It's amazing. It's the mother's milk."
