The Bachelor star Kaitlyn Bristowe is asking fans and followers what she should wear and cook on a (potential) date at home. Bristowe, 38, shared a video of herself wearing leggings and a crop top, walking her dogs down the street while chatting to the camera. “What do I wear? Because I feel like jeans just aren’t comfortable,” she said. “Def cute lounge set. And make a light pasta like carbonara!” a fan suggested in the comments. 1. Yoga and Meditation


Bristowe tries to carve out time for workouts and self-care. “It’s hard, I don’t get time to myself very often,” she told KrystinTysire.com. “But when I do, I go to yoga and take classes at the gym. I also like to meditate, especially when I’m on the plane with my headphones in… I give my parents a hug daily as I got their genetics and they’re built so lean. Next, I try to eat really healthy; I snack on almonds. I also used to teach spinning so I do a lot of that as well.”

Bristowe went through an intense transformation while training for Dancing With the Stars in 2020. “I’ve been working so hard on my mental and physical health over the last 14 weeks. Reading, meditating, resting, working out, lifting heavy, Pilates, boxing, going to physical therapy for mobility and strength, getting sports massages, dry needling,” she captioned an Instagram post.

Bristowe partnered with Schmidt’s to encourage people to use natural deodorant. “I made the switch around two years ago,” she told Fashion Magazine. “It was really a big process for me to narrow down the best one because I did go through so many. I had heard horror story after horror story about the nasty ingredients that they were putting in the regular deodorant. So I just wanted something cleaner and more natural to put on my body. We all cope with fear of body odor, the FOBO, if you will, and the transition period from mainstream to natural, but you have to trust the process.”

4. Microblading Her Brows

Bristowe’s beautiful brows are the result of a popular cosmetic procedure. “I honestly don’t have a lot of brows, so I do microblading,” she told New Beauty. “There’s only one person I would ever go to for microblading, and she’s in LA. Her name is Shaughnessy and she’s incredible. Then I’ll use pretty much any good clear brow gel, but I love Anastasia’s Brow Freeze. I love the spiky brow look, but I never know what’s in with the kids these days. Are spiky brows in or are we not doing that anymore?”

5. Candles and Dark Chocolate

Bristowe loves to wind down with candles, especially ones that are Christmas-scented. “And I love wine, Smartfood popcorn and dark chocolate,” she told KrystinTysire.com. “I feel like wine and dark chocolate go together, no?”

She says that she joined Reebok’s “Be More Human” campaign to promote authenticity. “Especially with social media, the highlight reel of everybody else’s life, I just think ‘Be More Human’ means being more forgiving to yourself, and learning from your own failures and being honest and open and having more conversations about where you are in life. Not just trying to put on what people want to see, but actually being who you are and loving yourself and doing your best.”

2. She Works Out Regularly

Bristowe tells ELLE that she tries to workout as often as possible. Even when she travels. She revealed her secrets for staying healthy on vacations in the interview. “I do try to workout wherever I go. If I am just there for a couple days, I pack one cute outfit and then all of my Reebok clothes so that I am ready to workout when I can.”

Bristowe tells ELLE that she makes sure to be healthy at the airport. She says that she makes sure to walk as often as she can, and buys healthy options. “At the airport, I make sure I am not taking the tram to each gate and I will walk. I try and be very cautious of making small decisions and small goals for myself to keep me active. Airport food isn’t the healthiest so I will find those little variety stores for hard boiled eggs or almonds and I make sure to drink lots of water.”

Bristowe revealed one of her motivations for staying in shape to E! News. She says that she wants kids soon, and that she wants to be healthy for them. "I always said like when I'm getting to that point, you know like, when I'm a year out from having a family or two years, I really want to feel like I'm in the best shape of my life, to feel strong and to go into a healthy pregnancy.”

5. She Still Indulges

Bristowe tells E! News that she is living a healthier lifestyle. However, she isn’t giving up all her indulgences. She says that she has some cheat days each week. "Anything I do in life, I always want to work hard, play hard,” she says. “So I'm still drinking my wine, I'm still eating my McDonald's on Sundays, but I am working hard through the week.”

Baker shares her workout secrets with Muscle and Fitness. She says that she makes sure to get workouts in. Even if she’s doing so late at night. “I’m, admittedly, a very late-night workout girl,” shares Baker. “I’m at the gym, usually at 10pm, finishing up around 11.30pm or midnight. That’s just how it works for me now because that’s the only time I can fit in. When I’m home, in a typical day, I wake up, go to the dental office and I’m there sometimes until 7pm, come home, eat really quick, say hello to my boyfriend (who just happens to be fellow AEW superstar; Adam Cole then I go to the gym.”

2. She Does Pilates

Baker is a big fan of Pilates. “I’m really big on Pilates too,” she said to Muscle and Fitness. “It’s something I have got way better at in the last year or so. I actually work with a stretch therapist twice a week just to help with my flexibility because I’ve had my fair share of injuries. I think one thing that is really important for your body is mobility.”

Baker shared her diet in her Muscle and Fitness interview. She says that she believes in moderation. “If there’s a piece of cake in front of me, or sweets, I will definitely eat those sweets. I’m not going to torture myself with food because I don’t think food should be used as punishment or reward. If I want to eat something I will, but at the same time, I like to stay healthy, I like the healthy foods.”

4. She Works Her Entire Body

When it comes to fitness, Baker likes to focus on one body part at a time. “At least four days a week, I’m in the gym, picking a body part, whether it’s legs or glutes or arms, shoulders,” she explained to Muscle and Fitness. “That’s pretty standard. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel. I’m a big, big advocate on incline walking for my cardio. I broke my leg, I have bad knees, so running just does not work for me anymore, so I definitely love the incline walking and the stair master and, again, any type of HIIT fitness class, like F45.”

5. She Went For Her Goals

Baker talked about balancing her wrestling career with dental school with UpRoxx. She says that she wanted to go after her dreams. “It was such a hard time to balance the two of them that I think, deep down, in my gut, if I didn’t think that I had what it takes to be successful with both of them, I wouldn’t have pursued them both. So in a way I think I knew I could do it the whole time. But of course you doubt yourself, of course you hope and pray that you’re going to get to wrestle on TV, or get to the end of dental school and get the DMD after your name. So there are kind of multi-answers to that question.

The next day I will do an upper body day. And then one day I always dedicate to my butt. A whole butt day for like an hour. And then I'll take a break on one day. And then the next day I do a full body. Then I am off the rest of the days."

Tookes eats a lot of protein, especially when she’s working out."I definitely like to have something in my stomach before I go, otherwise I'll get nauseous and have no energy at all,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I'll have a protein shake or, I normally workout in the morning, so I'll have a breakfast sandwich or omelet. After a workout I love to have a lot of protein like grilled chicken, veggies, and rice. Or steak, if it's in the evening."

3. She Works Out With Others

Tookes likes to workout with her fellow Victoria’s Secret Angels. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that this helps motivate her. "Oh my god, it's so hard. I think the easiest way to motivate myself is to go with a friend. Josephine, for example, we workout together all the time. She texts me like, 'Hey want to go to Dogpound?" And you like, can't say no. You feel like, crap! If she's going I gotta go. You have to find a friend to motivate you."

4. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Tookes likes to mix-up her workouts. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that she goes to different fitness classes. "I like to try out different classes in different cities. For example in California I go to a place called The Studio MDR, which is a pilates class. Or I'll do Physique 57, which I know is all-over. That's one of my favorite barre classes.”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Tookes has amazing skin. She shared her routine in an interview with Grazia. “I’ve really learned that the routine and order in which I apply my products is such a game-changer in getting healthy, glowy skin. She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”
