Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan is showing off her impressive yoga skills in a recent social media post. Khan, 43, shared pictures of herself wearing a black Puma sports bra and pink leggings, doing a yoga pose on her mat. “Do you have a pose that keeps you on your toes? 🤣🤣🤣” she captioned the post. “My Queen,” a fan commented. Kapoor has been in the public eye for decades—here’s how this mother-of-two stays fit and beautiful.


1. Daily Meditation

Khan meditated every day. “I start my day with the practice of oil pulling with coconut oil even before I brush my teeth,” she told ZeeZest. “It has numerous health benefits. In the meantime, I check my phone. After brushing my teeth I splash some cold water on my face to freshen up and meditate. I try to fit some sort of workout right at the beginning of my day with yoga or gym—but it really depends on what I am feeling like.”

2. Pilates and Weight Lifting

Khan stays active through a variety of different workouts. “It is really important to keep your body active every day,” she told Lifestyle Asia. “Even during my pregnancy, I found ways to keep working like yoga, walking, light weight lifting, and Pilates. Apart from that, a healthy but sustainable diet is crucial. You should be able to enjoy your food and not fall into fad diets.”

3. Healthy Eating Mantra

Khan is passionate about the power of healthy food. “It is important to have a balanced and nutritious diet, not just for your skin but overall health,” she told ZeeZest. “I strongly recommend including more whole foods in your diet, cutting down on processed foods, sugary foods and drinks, and alcohol. Definitely eat more fruits and vegetables, combine fiber-rich foods with good sources of protein like eggs, dairy, nuts, and beans, complex carbohydrates like whole grains, and healthy fats. One should also eat small meals and control portion sizes.”

4. Family Time

Khan loves to wind down with quality family time in the fresh air. “I stay motivated through connecting with my friends, fans, and my family,” she told Lifestyle Asia. “It’s nice to take a walk with my kids or spend some time outside with my friends and family.”

5. That Yoga Glow

Khan swears by yoga’s benefits not just for health and wellness but for beauty, too. “I truly believe that your overall health really shows up on your face,” she told ZeeZest. “Yoga has been such a great way for me to work out because it brings you calm and peace. These things really help your skin glow too.”
