Kate Hudson is a lot of things. A successful actress, known for projects like Almost Famous, Nine, and How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days. She’s the founder of Fabletics. And now, she’s launched her music career. Kate recently performed at the famous theater in Los Angeles, The Moxy, and shared highlights on Instagram. In them, she wore a little black dress, black boots, and a yellow and blue floral wrap. Kate’s impressive figure was on display. She Sets Fitness Goals

Kate shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with People. She says that she is currently setting fitness goals for herself. “I’m definitely challenging myself in new ways, which I need. I like to be able to set new goals to see what I can accomplish, and I love how flexible and strong I feel after a good workout, especially doing Pilates, which never gets easier.”

She’s Consistent

No matter how busy Kate gets, she makes sure to workout on a regular basis. “I need to be moving to feel good,” she says to People. “Even just making time for a little movement everyday — going for a walk, doing a few minutes on the treadmill, some Pilates, or if I have more time for it, I love hot yoga.”

She Uses The Weight Watchers Program

Kate uses the Weight Watchers program to help her eat healthy. “For me, it’s really about everything in moderation,” she said to People. “I stay mindful of what I put in my body and remember that it’s OK to enjoy yourself; WW emphasizes that living a healthy life doesn’t mean feeling deprived.”

She Loves Pilates

Kate shares a lot of her favorite workouts on her Instagram account. One thing she loves to do is Pilates. Kate shared this photo of herself and her trainer at a Pilates studio. She Practices Yoga

Another thing Kate likes to do to stay in shape is practice yoga. During her third pregnancy, she turned to yoga to keep herself active. Kate shared this photo on Instagram of herself doing a pose. She captioned it, “Yoga was a huge part of supporting my pregnancy. I loved my practice with my growing belly and connecting to her beautiful spirit.
