Kate Upton is showing off her spectacular aerial yoga skills—and joking about starting a whole new career. The 31-year-old model shared an Instagram post of herself wearing blue yoga gear, doing poses in the yoga hammock under the eye of an instructor. “Kate Du Soleil?” she captioned the video, which gets bonus points for the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows behind her displaying the winter landscape. Here’s how Upton stays strong, healthy, and beautiful.

1. Smoothies

Upton starts her day with a healthy smoothie. “I blend kale, spinach, blueberries, almond milk and half a banana and ice,” she told Women’s Health. “And I’ve recently discovered my new favorite dinner; courgetti spaghetti with home-made tomato sauce and a little truffle oil. I only really cook when I have people over though because I cook for compliments!”

2. Mental Health Workouts

Upton works out for both mental and physical health, something that was especially important during the pandemic lockdowns. “My goal is to get a good workout in every day, even if it's for 30 minutes," she told Shape. "I've been enjoying workouts from my Strong4Me Fitness program and have also been focused on hitting PRs, which has been a great source of motivation for me… Working out has been a saving grace during this time. But having a support system has also been crucial, at least for me. It's so important to talk to someone, whether that's your husband, members of your family, friends, or even a professional. Now more than ever it's so important to take care of yourself."

3. Yoga and Boxing

Upton keeps her workouts mixed up so she doesn’t get bored. "I train about four times a week, mixing it up with light weights, lengthening body weight exercises, yoga, and boxing," she told Women’s Health. "There's only one thing I hate about the gym. Looking at myself! I hate it but when you're weight training you have to do it to make sure you're doing the move properly. It's so awkward though."

4. Healthy Diet

Upton loves grilled healthy proteins and vegetables. “I work out three times a week and try to eat healthily,” she told CNTraveler. “It helps give me energy after long days and lots of traveling. I love fish or chicken, grilled vegetables, sautéed spinach with feta cheese and a good juice.”

5. Strong, Not Skinny

Upton is thrilled that strong physiques are becoming accepted as desirable. “I do love that ‘strong not skinny’ is a movement now,” she previously told Women’s Health. “When I first started out, it was just ‘skinny, skinny, skinny’. And I want to be strong because I’m working 12-hour days and I want to do it with energy and happiness and I want to go out with my friends and enjoy my life.”

1. She Does Yoga

“You’ll find yourself in Bulgaria, and you don’t know anyone, and they’ll say, ‘Well, we have a trainer who’s available, and he’s literally called The Punisher,’” Kate told Women's Health. The magazine says she “packs yoga workouts recorded by Jessica James and Mandy Ingber.” “I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie, and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga," she said.

2. She Does This Exercise

Kate recently revealed some of the workout moves responsible for her famously fit figure and also showed off her majorly impressive flexibility. She started out by executing a series of hanging leg raises, followed by knee raises on a pull-up bar. Next up, battle ropes! However, instead of getting just a hardcore arm workout in, the actress added a side lunge to the mix. To complete the workout, Kate’s helped her do some stretches, revealing just how flexible she is. “Do you have any bones? Omg,” singer Peter Frampton commented. “Damn, the only way I could get either of my legs that far back would be to amputate it and hold it back there with my hand,” joked one of her fans.

3. She Puts the Work In

One of Kate’s trainer’s Brad Siskind of Gunnar Peterson’s gym, revealed that Kate’s workouts are always this intense. "The whole hour is work," he told Women’s Health. She generally begins with a full-body workout composed of eight compound exercises, each working two muscle groups simultaneously—as can be evidenced in her latest workout video. Other moves include biceps curl as she squats, or situps with combination punches. Following the intense set she will complete 90 to 120 seconds of a cardio interval, like rowing or the VersaClimber, then repeat the entire circuit with heavier weights, added bands, or faster reps. Finally, following the 45 minute circuit workout, she’ll finish with a cardio interval using a rubber Inertia Wave, or one-leg pushes on a curved SkillMill treadmill. And, last but not least, she will do stretches.

4. Sometimes She Does “Two-a-Days”

"I wake up, eat something, and go straight to the gym," she told Women’s Health. "If I’m going to do cardio, I’ll do it later on in the day," she said.

5. Sometimes She Trampolines

Kate has been known to trampoline. “It makes you feel kind of jolly!” she said. Fellow star Eva Longoria is also a fan. "Take the time to find your own rhythm," she captioned one post.

Kate Upton has found the perfect way to beat the heat during a workout: Slip on a bikini and exercise in a pool. “For most people, pool days mean chilling on the side of the pool. For @kateupton though, the work doesn’t stop,” wrote the actress and model’s trainer, Ben Bruno, sharing a video of her splashy routine. “Here’s how we beat the heat and get a workout in at the same time. And by ‘we’, I mean Kate; I’ll usually do a few rounds of the workout with her and then just chill on the side of the pool.” What does the mother-of-one’s pool workout consist of and what else does her fitness regiment entail? Read on to see 6 ways Kate Upton stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. Her Pool Workout Is Tough

According to Bruno, Kate’s pool workout is nothing to scoff at. “The pool workouts look easy, but they’re actually really tough. Here’s a clip of the hand weight circuit and the bar circuit, but we also do a bunch of lower body stuff, and sometimes we’ll bring the KBox or some dumbbells out by the pool and do a mix of weights and pool stuff,” he wrote.

2. Subhead Goes Right Here

Bruno previously told Cosmopolitan that Kate bangs out a workout five days a week, for one to two hours per day. Her workouts are strength-based circuit training, working her full body every time. Exercises include a mix of dead lifts, hip thrusts, lunges, rows, and sled pulls. "A lot of girls are scared to do strength training because they fear that they're going to bulk up, but if you do the right stuff and focus on the right exercises, it actually helps tighten everything up. Kate has really tightened up her physique noticeably as she's gotten stronger,” he explained.

3. Her Diet Is Clean

Bruno maintains that"nutrition is more than half the battle,” when it comes to Kate’s success. “She committed to both the training and the eating right from the get-go, and that's why she's seeing such great results." Kate consumes lean protein at every meal along with veggies. She also avoids added sugars and processed foods. "That's been key," Bruno explained. "If you limit sugar and processed food, that takes care of most of the problems." Smoothies are one of her go-to drinks.

4. Chelsea Handler Serves As Friendly Competition

Bruno also trains Chelsea Handler, who serves as Kate’s friendly competition when it comes to exercise. The girls are constantly tagging each other in workout videos, trying to one-up each other.

5. She Gets to Cheat

Bruno reveals that Kate loves wine and does drink occasionally in moderation. " I don't want it to feel like an unbearable diet. There's not a set cheat day or anything like that, but she does have treats here and there."

6. She Is Active

In addition to her workouts, Kate is incredibly active. She goes on hikes, swims, boxes, plays tennis, and is an equestrian.

Kate Hudson continues to wow her social media followers with her fabulous figure. The 42-year-old has been sharing a slew of workout videos on Instagram as of late, revealing the exact moves that help her achieve her strong, toned, and taut physique. However, on Wednesday she gave the world a glimpse at her “post-workout routine”—and the results were charming. Celebwell has the lowdown on how Hudson recovers post-workout and some of her other best workout tips, and the photos that prove they work. 1. Her Post-Workout Ritual Involves...Chips?

“Rani doesn’t quite understand my post workout routine yet ,” Kate cheekily captioned the image of herself lounging on a couch in a bikini with her daughter feeding her chips. "I CANT !!!!!!" commented floral designer Eric Buterbaugh. "1st with your rocking body and 2nd with just how cute that Rani is, it’s all too much." "Lol," said Katie Couric. Fashion designer Brian Atwood responded with all heart emojis.

2. She Works Out Consistently

One of Kate’s secrets to staying in shape is that she makes sure to work out nearly every day. Kate is incredibly fit because she makes exercise a priority, working out almost daily. She works out “at least 30 minutes a day, maybe five times a week,” she revealed in an interview with InStyle. “I make sure that I don't go a day without doing something for 30 minutes. I've been doing that since April and I've noticed enormous changes in my body."

3. She Alternates Workouts

Kate told InStyle that when it comes to exercise, she does “everything.” Alternating workouts is a great tactic to avoid workout fatigues. “I have to switch it up, I get so bored," she explained. "I've been loving the Obé app, they have 20-minute workouts that are really hard and if you do them with the proper form they're really effective. I love my yoga apps, like Glo, and I use Body by Simone and Tracy Anderson's apps too — there's nothing better than her abs workout. I love my Peloton. I love Pilates — that's always been my number one." Recently she has been sharing some of her Tracy Anderson Method moves on Instagram.

4. She Focuses on Her Core

The key to Kate’s flat abs is abdominal workout. “I’m an ab [workout] fanatic,” she told Well + Good about her focus area, “and I hate [doing] them.” She often uses a stability ball to force her abs to work harder. “I’ve had a C-section, and I think any woman who has had a C-section knows how hard it is to re-engage that lower part of your abs,” she explained. “My C-section was 16 years ago, but if I go a few days without doing abs, my brain has a hard time re-engaging that area.”

5. She Does Things That Make Her “Feel Good”

2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

“I’ve always felt that wellness is about your quality of life,” she recently explained to Women's Health about her personal philosophy when it comes to fitness. “You need to know what makes you feel good. It’s about doing the things you love, eating the things you want to, exercising and not feeling like you need to [push yourself] for two hours in a hot room. You can just take a nice walk and still be healthy.”

6. She Loves Yoga

Serenity,And,Yoga,Practicing,At,Mountain,Range,meditationShutterstock

Kate is a longtime yogi. "It's about understanding your own individual likes, not fads," she once told SELF about her yoga practice, which includes transcendental meditation and Kundalini yoga. "Anything you do helps. You could sit there and not think of your mantra for your whole practice, but you're still benefiting.”

Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper in Two-Piece Workout Gear Cheers on "Consistent Actions"
Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
