Katie recently announced a new summer workout program on Instagram, and she included shots of herself in a yellow two-piece set of workout gear. She captioned the post, "ITS HERE!!! She Does Ab Workouts

Katie has amazing abs, and she makes sure to do a lot of core workouts. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. Katie captioned the post, "The workout: 1. Spider plank 2. Cross crunch to straight leg crunch (do both sides for 30 seconds) 3. Hip bridge knee drives 4. Side pull crunches (do both sides for 30 seconds) 5. Lifted bicycles 6. Elbow plank knee taps. Try to take as little of a break as possible in between moves!! Do your best, that's what counts💘"

In addition to sharing her favorite workouts on Instagram, Katie also shares her favorite recipes. In this video, she made an orzotto recipe with zucchini and mushrooms. Katie captioned the post, "Feel free to add protein of choice to top this off, but today for meatless Monday I went arugula!! Tasted so fresh and amazing💚🍋 Measurements: 1 cup orzo uncooked. 2 cups diced mushrooms. 2 cups diced zucchini. 3 cups of broth. 1 tablespoon olive oil to sauté veggies. 1 teaspoon Onion powder. 3 cloves garlic. Pepper and salt. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/3 cup grated parm. 1 tablespoon butter. Handful of basil. Optional arugula to top."

She Works Out On Vacation

Katie doesn't skip a workout, even when she's on vacation. She encouraged others to do the same in this Instagram post's caption. "My take: Working out on vacation isn't about 'earning' your food & drinks.. it's about feeling your best while you enjoy them🍹🍟 plus, it's a HUGE reason I'm not completely thrown off of routine when I get home!!
